We have stayed previously at hotels on the same street, and by far this one has been the nicest, cleanest, and most affordable for the location. The gentleman that checked us in was even kind enough to put us on the 1st floor, across from the dog park when I told him our dog was 17 years old. That was very kind of him to go out of his way. Breakfast was included, which was great for the price, and the pet friendly shuttle was a wonderful option for getting to down town. We didn't need the use of it, but was an excellent touch had we needed it. We literally booked on the way after deciding to do a last minute trip from the other coast. I really have no complaints, the only thing I can think to mention would be the separate $10/day for parking. It would make sense to add that to the room cost, but overall I was fine paying that because the stay was very affordable for our last minute trip from Clearwater.

staff was wonderful and friendly! Breakfast was actually quite good and the rooms were in good order and clean! I would have liked some nicer towels. Price was a bit high for one night. Not unreasonable.

I like the location...and the interior of the Inn I saw like a pink blood side of toilet...and no bar soap But over all... my stay is good

This hotel is old school, with outside doorways, and parking in front of your room. The comfort of the rooms was excellent and the breakfast was eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, yogurt and some fresh fruit. Very nice staff and located near downtown and the historic district/fort. Is this a 4 star? No, but we were getting an excellent nights sleep in this place.

It was ok. Staff smoking in the front of the lobby

Breakfast was as expected for an "included" breakfast. The bright spot was the man that was working in the breakfast area. He was amazing, thoughtful, efficient and did an overall excellent job. We were not happy that when we checked in (we had prepaid for our stay) we were charged an extra $10 per day. When we questioned that we were told it was for parking and to cover the cost of the "included" breakfast. This charge was not mentioned on the website and we were very unhappy for the extra $40 charge.

We stay here for the shuttle bus. We were not told there would not be shuttle service during our stay because it was slow season. When I booked the stay it said there was a shuttle bus. Two days before we arrived they sent a message that the shuttle bus would cost $5/ day. Never were we informed that the shuttle bus service had been suspended. Very disappointed because the shuttle bus is the primary reason we have stayed at this hotel for the past 10 years and recommended it to all of our friends. If you are not going to offer a service please mention that so we can make other arrangements in the future.

All was excellent clean, safety, lighting, very very quit, easy parking. I recommend 100%. Only the hotel need some painting inside in the front office.

Location was good. The additional parking fee. Was only notified about it AFTER I booked the room. The room stank so much of Lysol that I had to open the door to let it air out. The mattress was the worst I have ever slept on, and that's saying a lot for a veteran. Got very little sleep.

The pool was not open because of some pump problems.
