Absolutely wonderful!!! New property, impeccably clean, super friendly and competent staff. Amy, specifically, was simply outstanding, providing recommendations, helpful guidance about the area, etc. everything about the stay was outstanding!

There was no hot water. I paid all that money and had to take cold showers

Very clean and up to date. Staff were efficient and professional. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Not within walking distance to Historic Downtown’s St. Augustine.

This hotel was okay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room we got had bags of garbage in the cabinet and there was food and all kinds of garbage behind the sofa. They did switch us to another room, which was better. Also, the breakfast is not that great. Very minimal breakfast. You have to pay $10 a night for parking and not sure why because the parking lot is empty. If you asked me would I say there again, probably not.

You had to pay $10.00 per night to park there. The faucet in the tub was loose. An electric outlet would pull out when you took out any plug out. You had to keep the exhaust fan on all night, so the vent on the roof would not make a squeaking noise into the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff as excellent as they could be. The complimentary breakfast was okay.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. Except for breakfast at first, they had 4 different trays of food.For like the first 2 to 3 days , then the rest of the time they only had the two trays for breakfast , which was not cool Other than only having 2 trays of breakfast and then the Waffle for breakfast.I think they should have had the potatoes and the biscuits through the whole week that was kind of a bummer. Also, the fact that I did not like was.I just found out that they made us pay $10 a day for parking.And nobody had told me this when I checked in.I am not happy about that.I will not be staying there or anywhere else unless I have to from now on.

However, if you are not check out by 10 AM housekeeping will knock and walk into your room. Lastly, there is a $10 parking charge per day per vehicle that is not disclosed at booking, please be aware.

Everything appears new, clean room, comfortable sheets. No complaints.

Water was way to hot for a bath but could shower in it for short period of time. The suite was not what I was expecting.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and everything was easy to access. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The whole stay was excellent. The cleanliness, staff, breakfast every thing was top tier.
