Motel 6 Rochester, NY - Airport

Dirty, the toilet was broken, there was no light, they called the man to repair, the water dropping from the ceiling.

Safe hotel and easy access right off the highway. The room was missing the iron but we didn't need it. My wife went to use the hair dryer and it wouldn't work. The bed sagged in the middle but the TV worked, the room was clean and bug-free. Minimal amenities which probably keeps their rates cheaper then other hotels.

Transients sleeping in parking lot. I did not feel safe. Shower was so old and did not feel clean. Floor didn’t clean and felt as if there was sand or salt on the floor.

Overall location is in a nice area with lots of food options around the area From personal first time experience, the room could've been wayyy more clean. Under the bed was disgusting and the bed seemed broken almost with how squeaky and sunken down it was. Bathroom seemed like it could've been cleaned a bit better as well and maybe could’ve used extra utilities like washcloths/towels, maybe a lotion or deodorant just in case anyone needed it

The rooms were clean and large Our door did not lock which put an end to our dinner plans

It was close to the arena the we went to for the weekend we found the area shopping stores without any problems. Places to eat places to get to very quickly and safely we traveled in the downtown area enjoyed the view. problems with the room that we first had move to another room because of the shower fixture and the condition of the plaster that was falling into the shower. the room that we got was a little bit better but we had a problem with the door locking had to make a physical adjustment just to lock it. they asked for a deposit of $100.00 dollars and that would be returned to credit card i asked for a receipt but was told that booking.com would return it to me. i have not received the $100.00 yet only $75.00 of. i am looking for a full refund of deposit. i would like to know if i will be getting that any time soon. i will be calling to check on this matter.

Being close to the airport. Bathroom needs an upgrade and new natresses would be great.Door mecanism needs upgrade . Was sometimes hard to open the door with the key card

The location, its close to the airport but not 'noisy close'. If one is traveling East and can't get a redeye or flight that lines up with ones destination (I had a few hours drive to do from Rochester) then this is a great place to break up ones trip. It wasn't marked to well from the street, it appears to be a repurposed building, so it took me awhile to figure out I was actually there. There was a lot of humidity in the building but the air conditioner kept it from effecting my room.

Beds were good and clean, ac worked good, fridge was clean and cold. Bathroom was a little worse for wear and a bit grungy
