Very clean, affordable for a one night trip would use again. Excellent location by airport only 7 minutes to walk too. The front desk staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!!

Arrived to check in and there were two Orkin man trucks and actual Orkin men going in and out of the hotel. (Bedbugs?) I walked into the front of the building and was met with the most horrific smell. I stood at the front desk and waited to be acknowledge by the three workers that were speaking to each other. None of them acknowledged me. I had seen enough and left the hotel, and am working to get my booking fee back.

The breakfast was okay, could have been better, it was very basic. The bathroom faucet leaked every time we used the water, sometimes dripping onto the floor. The toilet backed up once at the beginning so we asked for a plunger. We had to take care of it ourselves and then return the plunger. The main problem we had was the housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. On the 3rd day we were supposed to have room service, and the room really needed it. We reminded the front desk about it too. But what transpired was they never came. So we just got towels and emptied our own trash. This was poor service and the policy of cleaning the rooms every 3 days is too long. We travel quite frequently and are accustomed to having our rooms cleaned daily or at least every other day. I must say the staff was very nice and pleasant throughout our stay. However I would not go there again.

However, one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in. The entire place felt grimy and was terribly under maintained. The room smelled. The fitness center felt like a biohazard — it seemed so dirty and decrepid. Might as well remove the fitness center from operation.

Nice upgrades in recent years. One of the best and cleanest places to stay with no frills, very close to the airport. Very friendly and fast check-in every time. This is my go to spot before early flights.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone, based on the service, which to me is the most important aspect of any stay. Thanks guys..
