The bathroom looked like it was under construction. The room smelled of smoke. The room next to us played loud music all night long. Didn’t stop until 6:00 am

The room was not very clean: there were coins and other objects on the floor. Worse, the room smelled really bad. The heating/coolling unit was loud. The water in the shower was luke warm. Breakfast is very minimal.

The smell of mold from the hallway to the room. Dingy yellow pillows, blankets & sheets. The room was damp and smelled like mold. Moved to another room, same thing. Gym was closed for “out of service” but this was advertised as fully functional. Checked out early and was refused an early check out invoice.

There was a nice man at the front desk to give me my keys. The room and bed were comfortable. Easy to connect to WIFI. Coffee was decent in the am. Food was mostly packaged but if you like the Jimmy Dean breakfast croissant then you are good. Apples available. I arrived late at night. The location is not the best. It looks like they may be trying to renovate but not sure. The breakfast area was clean but the hallways were tired. I thought the price was a bit high for the experience.

Nice place to lay my head down to sleep Breakfast was disappointing but it still filled me up so all good

Free breakfast Customer service is bad and they over charged me for what was supposed to be a 760$ stay plus 100$ deposit turned into 1000$ that they deny even taking, one employee said this has occurred before so this is a common issue and they don't want to refund my money you might want to investigate this site. On a side note the room had a nat infestation in the bathroom that kept bothering us while laying in bed.

“The bathtub drain is clogged, and the water isn’t draining. When we called the front desk, the front desk person says it will be repaired tomorrow morning, and he says he is not responsible and manager is out of the office and he can’t reach manager..

The accommodations are consistent with the price. The work out room equipment did not work. Breakfast was fine, limited selections but adequate. Won’t stay there again.

I had to change rooms several times as the air conditioning was broken in one room, the refrigerator was broken in 2 rooms and they entered my room when I had a DND on the door to fix the 2nd fridge (as a single woman that was inexcusable!) the shower ceiling was falling on me in the shower and part of it was already missing (212) and the vent in that same bathroom was so heavily caked with years of grime I have no idea how any air escaped. The clientele they have staying there was all long term stays… most were so loud that they were constantly screaming at each other and you could hear them at all hours of the day and night! It was college move in week so I could not find another vacancy… it was so disgusting! NEVER AGAIN!

I liked the price and staff (I only saw 1 person) was friendly. The location didn't feel safe. There were contractors staying there, new ppl each night and that was uncomfortable with them drinking in the parking lot. One man was sitting on the floor in the hallway right outside my door talking on the phone on speaker. We opened our door and he was right there at our door. Not enough parking. Way too many electric vehicle parking for the size of this lot. Our hotel room door wouldn't close on its own. It would get stuck and we would have to push hard to close it or pull hard to open it. Fridge/freezer wasn't plugged in. The fridge had a bad odor once we moved everything around in order to plug it in. Blinds were broken. Free breakfast was a frozen breakfast sandwich in a bag that we had to microwave. We ate bananas instead. Main reason not coming back is the location and not feeling safe there

It was a decent hotel with yogurt and some pastries and the coffee was actually decent. I’ll recommend it. Clean and easy to check in and out.
