We had a great night of sleep after a long day at Mayo. The bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good with many options.

It wasn't great, I had to move a lamp to get light near the desk, very few outlets. Old carpeting, other than that it was fine.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was wonderful. We were disappointed the hot tub only ran for the first evening though and was down for maintenance after. And the exercise room was a bit grimy

Breakfast was halfway decent. Beds are hard. Rooms are outdated. All staff were smiling and helpful. Kids loved the pool.. but tile area around pool is VERY SLIPPERY, should rethink that if they ever redo or upgrade.

There was a couple of huge hairs in our fridge and the tub, but otherwise it was clean. The sink, toilet, bathtub was abnormally low. We stayed in a BW a few weeks ago and paid extra for the executive suite- do NOT pay extra for these at this location. We got a couch and a little counter? Our last one we got a full size fridge, stove top...not here. The pool was nice but WAY over crowded. We watched 2 families that we are about 95% sure not staying there walk in, use the pool and then they left the building. Last BW made us use wrist bands- I suggest that there. Many kids left unattended at pool and hot tub-not the hotel's fault but never saw any staff members walk by to check. Hot tub was FILLED with kids. The police were there as well- which made us wonder what was going on. Restaurant next door was delicious. Breakfast was good- I suggest another waffle iron-one is not enough. Asked for an emailed receipt upon check out- never did get that. The hotel itself was fine- it was clean and good enough but needs checking into.
