Dirty and old room with what sounded like paper thin walls and people blaring their music with no regards to others while fumigating my room with their bbq grill. Staff was nice though. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Queen beds are full sized Lights in room don’t work because there are lamps but no plug ins!!!
-
Room keys had to be redone each time entered. Also ac unit was extremely loud.

Breakfast was terrible. Moldy biscuits, no protein, except for yogurt. Orange Juice was on the verge of being spoiled. Coffee was dark black and thick could not drink it three days straight Jacuzzi and kitty pool were closed for maintenance.

Price. It’s nice to have restaurants right across the street It’s looking a little run down. The air conditioner in our room had electricians tape wrapped around it and looked unsafe. Missing baseboard molding. And there was a smell in the hallway like old people’s houses

Overall the room is good but I had a run in at the lady at the desk claiming to be a manager but she was very rude and unhelpful

Bad

I liked the king suite and the beds were great the service was accommodating thank you God bless

Bed was a padded bowl, refrigerator did not work, alarm clock did not work, the bath fan was so filthy it was almost shut, there was a dead animal or vomit smell behind the fridge so bad I couldn't use that area of the room, I cut my finger on a screw where the head broke off on an attempted bathroom door repair not to mention no knob on the tv cabinet but a 1 inch screw was sticking out. Worst of all was the condition of the American flag outside. It tried to fly with just one attachment point and flew upside down. Discus ting. One out of the three pillows.

Light breakfast. Close to every thing Bath room missing after shower ( qutips, toth brush kit) The room has only ONE chair
-
Location with close eating options The window air conditioner that did not work well ( noisy and did not keep room cool). There was a gap and you could see outside. Very basic breakfast, no protein and only apples for fruit.

The motel had an old/musty smell. The first handicapped room they put me in smelled very strong of urine. They gave me a different room and that was ok. The carpet in some places was pretty dirty. I will not be staying there again.
-
This hotel is not set up for wheelchair at all, room is too small and hallway ramp is dangerous and breakfast area is not at all handicapped accessible. Counter is too tall to reach anything

The location was great for us. The bed was comfortable. This place needs an overhaul! Everything in the room was either old, in need of repair, in need of paint or just falling apart. The halls smelled, the painted walls were "touched up" in several places and the paint didn't even match. The walls really need repair, especially above the heat register along the floor. The curtains were so full of holes the light from outside shined through and lightened up the room in the night. The AC unit turned on and off all night long and then we had guests above us (when we specifically asked for a quiet room) that we heard walking around because the floors squeak. There were only a few breakfast items, sausage and biscuits, waffles and cereal. There was no fruit available, or eggs, bacon or rolls, etc. I get that it was a "continental breakfast" but a few pieces of fruit or rolls would have been nice. The parking lot/outside grounds are in need of repair also. The pictures attached don't come close to what we saw. We stayed here two years ago and it was just as bad. We thought maybe they would have cleaned thing us and done some repairs in the last two years, but no. The location was perfect for us, that's the only reason we stayed. We will not be back.
