Hyatt Select Richmond Airport

Perfect

clean, nice hotel , reasonable rates.

Room needed a deep cleaning (including bed linen) but the staff was very nice.

I was in a pickle and Hyatt was a relief.

Very good

The staff at this facility were amazing - so helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was OK - the mini quiches were a bit greasy but the make your own waffles bar looked good. Our room was clean. The little things that irked me were: the ice machine on our level wasn't working; the drinking fountains in the work out room weren't working; and the coffee in the dining room was terrible. BUT, overall, things were fine.

Exceptional

The room we stayed in was missing the TV remote, so we were unable to turn the tv on/off until we figured how to do it from the tv itself. When we got the tv on, it automatically brought up “adult shows” with a child in the room with us. Awkward. Not enough wash cloths

Good

Exceptional

My room floor and sink was extremely dirty. The sink had a brown ring around the bowl. The floor had old food crumbs throughout the room and dirt/debris behind the couch. Kinda disappointed, because I’ve stayed here before and it was exceptional. The hallway leading to the room was extremely hot and the ice machine had dirt around the nozzle the ice dispense. Again very disappointing.

The room was not properly cleaned. There were ants in the room and pills on the floor

Exceptional

Quiet room. Great bed and large room. Air conditioner was very noisy and irritating.

The room didn't have any bottle waters in the fridge and to be a Hyatt Hotel that is something I'm used to finding at the hotel.

The Decor in the lobby. The rooms fell off . No microwave in the room and breakfast was not great at all like it used to be.

Night lights way too bright, elevator was broken. Doors stick shut. AC vibrated.

During our visit there was a severe thunderstorm with lighting striking a transformer nearby. It cause a small fire within one of the elevators. Staff was exceptional in ensuring guests were evacuated and giving us updates per the fire department. We were able to return to our rooms with very minimal disruption. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Parking was convenient as I require Ada parking. Plenty of spots. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
