I asked three times to fix a broken hair dryer fixed, but no one did it.

Room was nice but pet fee was to expensive compared to others

The bed was a little hard, carpet had a smell, furniture was outdated. However, the breakfast was excellent The only thing I didn't like was the carpet and the smell in the room.

The smell. Old carpet smell or almost cat pee smell. I would rip out the carpet and put vinyl planks. Easy to clean and won't hold that smell

The staff was very helpful. The shower need an additional grab bar inside the tub area. It would have been nice to have access to an additional blanket for guests who get cold at night even in September!

Your property was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. It was in disrepair not very Clean the person that checked us in look like you needed to take a shower. It was awful awful. The pictures on the Internet did not even compare to what we walked into, we would never stay there ever again worst hotel ever. Worst hotel ever

The breakfast buffet was typical. The staff were kind and polite. The property is very run down but they keep rooms cleaned to the best of their abilities. I would not recommend this place for a long stay but as an inexpensive overnight it will suffice.

Will stay again! Went for business but will go for personal!

Bathroom clean, sheets cleans and towels clean The person who checked me in was very ill-tempered and seemed annoyed—bordering on racist and indifferent; I feel like I was given the absolute worst room in the hotel. Perhaps it was because I booked through Booking.com. The room I got had a strange, musty smell—you could notice it the moment you walked in—a sort of stale or dirty odor. I wouldn't come back. My 3-year-old took off his shoes, and his socks quickly turned black from the dirt on the carpet (which I think was the source of the smell). The mattress was old and of very poor quality, the walls were only half-painted, and the furniture was scratched and missing paint. It was only for one night, so I didn't bother arguing with the grumpy staff member. The bathroom was clean, though, and the blankets were old but clean.I reserved because it was closer to my friend house. I do not recommend this place.

We had 2 rooms. 1 room was fine. Nothing fancy but fine. Walls are thin so heard the people above us a lot of the night. The other room was awful. Dirty men’s underwear in the bathroom and dirty towels in the sink. They moved us to another room that smelled awful like strong urine. Finally the third one was ok. It was quite a hassle and late at night it wasn’t what we wanted to do after a long day of travel. The breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns…. Still would not recommend. They didn’t even get offered any compensation.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and unfortunately had a terrible experience from beginning to end. The first room I was given smelled absolutely disgusting and was in very poor condition. I complained and was moved to a second room. While the second room was somewhat better, the shower did not have working water. I was initially assured that the issue would be fixed as soon as possible, but the following morning I was told they didn’t know when they would be able to repair it.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this one was so bad that I would not let anybody experience the same thing I went through unless you’re ok with a chipping shower (major chipping), dirty floors, messed up door handle, and random people (not guests) selling “stuff” right outside of the hotel. The pictures are deceiving and price sounds good but it’s not worth it. I had to move out the very next day. I don’t recommend.
