I love the kitchen i cook my own meal. It was perfect.

The informational printout I was given during check-in said that for extended stays, they do "light housekeeping" on day 3 & full cleaning on day 7. Not once did housekeeping come to service the room. Not even one time, and I was there for 8 nights. I literally had to ask for clean towels and had to chase down a housekeeper to get toilet paper! The mattress was so old and lumpy and tilted down at the head of the bed so that my feet were elevated higher than my head. It was only because of sheer exhaustion that I got sleep. And before you say, "We are sorry you had a bad experience and will resolve these issues with....blahblahblah, etc." No, you won't Sonesta Simply Suites. I know this because people before me have had the same complaints! The hallways are so dimly lit that it looks grungy. Every time I walked into the building,, it smelled like weed. If I could have gotten a refund I would have left after the first night. I could go on and on. It was just a bad experience.

Staff was very helpful when we found that Booking had put us in a hearing accessible room instead of the mobility accessible that we booked. They moved us to the room we needed. Bed was comfortable, shower was accessible, cleaning was good. Carpeting somewhat dirty, only one chair to sit in at table. No charm to the location.

Convenient location, clean and quiet. Extra $10 for parking that was not included in rate comparison or disclosed before I arrived.

I did not like this hotel. The hotel is more of an extended stay and most of the guest are derelict waiting for a permanent home. They're pet friendly and one can smell urine on the 1st floor and elevator. I asked to be placed in a non-pet friendly room due to allergies. The young lady at the front desk said they don't allow pets on the 3rd & 4th floor. I was given a room on the 4th floor but when I opened the door, there was an overwhelming smell of curry. The room was very clean but the curry smell literally made me gag. I returned to the front desk to and asked for a refund. They did offer another room, but by this time, I didn't feel safe with type of the clientele going in and out. I don't recommend this hotel for any woman traveling alone.

My stay here was simply amazing the staff were so helpful and accommodating especially Ms. Stacey at the front desk. She was very respectful, informative, and helpful

The hallways were a little dirty but the rooms were perfectly clean and very large. I was only there for a handful of hours to get some sleep before a flight and it served my purposes perfectly. Staff was helpful and airport shuttle came on time.

I enjoyed my stay very much, a painless easy stay
