Hot tub not in service. Beds were hard
-
Helpful staff and very clean property, located next to shopping and local attractions. Our room was spacious and comfortable even with 4 adults and a toddler. We’ll definitely stay here when we’re back in the area.

I liked where the hotel was located. Close to where we needed to be. The parking at the hotel was very crowded. Need more spaces for the customers.

Clean good location Breakfast could be better

Some of the staff was super nice then there was a cleaning lady was extremely rude in no circumstance should you ever be yelling at customers for not reading a sign when the sign said something completely different the day before also everything was close

The property is very well maintained, the staff absolutely wonderful and caring that your stay is up to your expectations. I highly recommend a stay

Puyallup Holiday Inn Express is very clean and the staff are all friendly and acknowledge you. The included breakfast is simple but the quality is great. I always feel safe when I stay there(once or twice a year). Location is also close to many businesses we frequent ie- Costco, Target, Home Depot.
