Best Western Plus Puyallup Hotel

Very good experience

Our room smelled bad and didn’t look like they finished setting it up. The sofa bed was undone with the sheets just balled up on top. The sofa pillows were laid out, some on the floor. We had horrible neighbors that played loud music, clearly drugged and were physically abusive. My toddler had a rough time sleeping due to that, I called the front desk multiple times about it and kept getting told security would handle it. 3am and I got woken up to screaming and banging on the window and had to call front desk again.

Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. The bed was a bit more firm for me.

Exceptional

Great place to stay overnight for concerts at the Puyallup Fair. Plenty of parking, nearby restaurants and an excellent buffet breakfast at the hotel. Staff was exemplary.

I loved the cleanliness. The small bathroom.

Convenient to the fair grounds which is why we were there. Ample parking. Lots of food options close.

The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good. And the rooms were comfortable.

The property was very clean and beautiful. What did concern me was the slippery floors by the pool and in the bathrooms if the floor was wet. My granddaughter slipped and fell in the bathroom and also fell by the pool at a previous visit. I didn’t fall but found the floor by the pool extremely slippery. But the stay was perfect and the property was maintained well and very clean. Plenty of towels, housekeeping made our room look so nice while we were out.

I liked a pool, kitchen, room. There is nothing I didn't like.

Daily cleaning. One day the room was not serviced or cleaned. On 28 Aug we left the hotel around 1030 am and returned that night around 1045. Nothing was done to the room. I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and wash clothes

I would have liked an extra blanket. Usually there is one in the closet. Also the pillows were a little hard.

The woman who checked us in late (about 9 pm) was excellent. The room was clean. The temperature in the room was easily adjusted. The brunch/breakfast was good. The bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) were enough for one guest, but it was tight on the body wash for two guests. Parking was easy. The floor lamp in the corner of the room was unplugged, and there was no wall outlet to plug the lamp into, so the chair in the corner of the room could not be used for reading (too dark).

The staff were so helpful and reallybhelped make our stay so comfortable and fun!

Breakfast was great Our king size bed was broken on one side. Got in really late and was exhausted so didn't say anything til morning.
