Has potential to be really nice once renovations are done. In the meantime, motel is in terrible condition. Seems like animals and vagrants are staying in rooms with no doors or left unlocked and open. Would not stay here again.

They offer amenities that aren't actually available; it’s a total disaster. Despite the fact that they are supposedly undergoing renovations, many things don't work—ice machines, soda dispensers that don't chill the drinks, and damaged room doors. The staff is completely inexperienced—save for one very attentive gentleman—but otherwise, they only care about the revenue, with no regard for what actual service looks like.

They were run by an India family that hardly spoke English. I checked in close to 8. And they told me they had given away my room. And that I should have checked in by 3. It was super sketchy. I was a little alarmed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they trafficked there.

I understood that this place was sold to a larger hotel/motel organization and would be renovated sometime in the future.

I honestly can’t think of one thing I liked about my stay. Where do I start. When I booked the room I was not informed the building would be under construction to the extend it was. The hallways stunk, the rooms were dirty and dusty, the blinds did not close properly, the pool and hot tub were out of commission and the continental breakfast was canceled all because of the construction. I would have gone elsewhere but I was never informed of these issues until I walked in the building. Poor customer service was the least of my worries at that point but it would have helped. When I asked for additional towels I was told they did not have any to spar. The bed was squeaked with every turn, the pillows were tiny and I had a king bed, the stains on the walls and tub were a huge turn off. Just one huge bad experience after another. Somebody needs to correct the booking sights and inform people of the mess and low expectations to come.

Nothing Everything with horrible, Stains all over carpets , I could not step with bare foot on carpets in the room, only first day was room service just changed towels, second day no room service at all, In the second day my wife was screaming finding a huge flying cockroach in the room, I finally killed and in the morning we decided to leave the hotel and checked out. So we stayed only for 2 nights instead of 3 nights. I was trying to reach booking .com to get refund at least for the third night that we paid for, I told the front desk who told me that they started refund process from their end. Can you please send me back confirmation of the refund.

Bed, sink and toilet was clean. Good location. Slept well, quiet. Mini-fridge and microwave was a plus. Check-in and out was easy. We stayed in an active construction site. The internet and signs in the building indicated an indoor pool and breakfast- neither is true. Furnishings are dirty and worn. For two people, two baths towels, one hand towel, one washcloth and no bath mat was provided.

The room it ok, smells weird. Is currently getting remodeled. Not good cleaning crew.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

Under construction was ok. Dirty carpet in room unplugged network to. Entrance had pillows in the plants with a chair and cigarette butts all over.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

In construction so a poor rating is understandable. Old furniture better be upgraded.

To be fair, the lobby is well-kept, clean, and smells great, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately, the positive experience ends right there. As soon as you step past the lobby, the pleasant smell vanishes and you’re met with unkept hallways and flickering lights. Entering the room was a shock. The walls and doors were covered in dirty handprints, holes, and sloppy patch job repairs. The carpet and tile were filthy with spots, thick dust, and dirt. Additional issues during our stay: Maintenance: The shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall, and the toilet paper holder was completely missing. Housekeeping: Our bath mat went missing mid-stay, and when we asked about it, we were told housekeeping needed it more than we did. Noise & Comfort: The walls are paper thin—we could hear our neighbors’ TV word-for-word. The beds were tolerable, but not comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. Amenities: The TV picture quality was extremely outdated and pixelated. We avoided spending time in the room and only used it to sleep and shower because of the conditions and odor. Putting a fresh coat of paint on the outside or working on cosmetic lobby renovations won't solve these deep operational and cleanliness issues. Major changes need to happen fast.

This hotel is under renovations. They should have closed it during this process. Everything is dirty, the ice machine isn't turned on, the refrigerator didn't work, the door didn't lock, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, a tile was broken and moving on the bathroom floor. The staff was able to fix our door so it would lock, but we had to buy ice for our ice chest, so our food wouldn't go bad. This hotel was decent a few years ago, but since doing renovations, it is in terrible shape.

The location is fantastic. There was a terrible smell walking into the hotel. I had to plug my nose every time I was in the hall because of the smell. The carpet was old and dirty. I had to wear flip flops the entire time. The room was old, disheveled and I did not feel safe.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

After booking/reserving and paying for a room here, they proceeded to tell me that they had no rooms available. Absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t want to have to frantically find a new place to stay, do not book this hotel.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

It was close by where we needed. The people were friendly. The only thing that we saw wrong was the shower faucet needed to be looked at other than that It was a nice stay. Thank you The construction but when it’s done, it’ll be a very nice

It appears that the property is being remodeled. That would cause I’m sure a little turmoil in a mess. However, the rooms were filthy. It doesn’t appear that they’ve been vacuumed. The bathrooms were not cleaned. Garbage was still in the trash cans. It was not an impressive facility.

When we checked in we made our way upstairs and were greeted with a filthy hallway that smelled of urine and poop... there were cats running through the hallway and the bell cart had catfood on it... once in our room i immediately saw the ripped curtain and dead bugs and dirt on the heater... the night stand was also filthy. We immediately went to the front desk and were told we could be moved but to a room in the same smelly building .. we left and contacted Expedia for a refund...

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

Everything was unkept and dirty. Many things were a little broken. The only thing I felt safe touching were the sheets (at least those were cleaned). I wish I would have just spent $50 more and got a better hotel.

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

Comfort bed They were in the room same man dari socks and dery towel and nothing to make coffee with

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

Cons: If this allows me to add pictures, there were stains all over the carpet, the bathroom was in terrible shape (to the point where I couldn’t bring myself to shower in it), the furniture was damaged (cut across the cushion of the chair), the AC filters were absolutely FILTHY, No daily room cleaning, parking was pretty tight, the hallways smelled a very distinct smell that is hard to put into words but is unpleasant. Pros: cheap rate, balcony with a beautiful view, great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed I probably wouldn’t stay here again at least until the repairs they’re doing have been repaired.
