Breakfast was nice; room was comfortable. Very small refrigerator that could barely hold anything. It also did not have a freezer area, so the ice packs I brought with me for my lunch pail and cooler were useless.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The room was very nice and very clean. Breakfast was very good. I especially liked the coffee machine that let you make your own specialty coffees. Staff was sitting where the monitoring the food to be sure it didn't run low. Overall a very good experience.

We have stayed multiple times at this location. Everything we go, it is the best sleep ever! The rooms are dark and very quiet at night. This location is a hidden treasure. The staff is warm and friendly. The location is very convenient as well.

When I arrived, the card was declined. Shocked ! The staff was very understanding listened to my situation and then was able to accept my digital credit card payment. And they charged me what they said they would explained the incidental coverage fee and how everything would work. No problem. It was a simple as typing in the numbers. When I needed an additional fourth night, it was not an issue to receive payment. My entire stay was lovely. The pool, exercise room and coffee with breakfast all wonderful. The staff was warm & welcoming, I felt completely safe and comfortable traveling alone as a woman. I would definitely return and pay directly . Yay Best Western Provo !

We had a great stay here! It’s close to the stadium and all the amenities. The room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was tasty and staff were friendly and helpful! Recommend d this stay!

Huge clean rooms, comfy beds, great water pressure, quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We didn't go in the pool or hot tub but we looked at them and they were nice, right next to a cardio gym. Staff was very kind and helpful The location was excellent and everything was like 5 mins away. I will definitely stay here again.

Our room smelled musty, and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well. But the beds were comfortable and they allowed a late checkout.

Dirty room, musty smelling, towels are paper thin with holes and AC didn’t work. Set to 66 and room was 75. Do not recommend
