Nice and roomy room in downtown Provo. The hotel is nice and conveniently located to the historic area. The breakfast was well maintained and good!

The room was a nice size with a couch/sitting area. Most importantly the bed and pillows were comfy. The shower. was big and the coffee/tea and a refrigerator in the room were an added bonus. Staff members were quick to check us in and suggest restaurants in the area. I love the walkability of Provo and the hotel was close to lots of restaurants. A nearby hike in Rock Canyon (about 10 minutes away) was beautiful.

Thanks to Hyatt staff for making our trip to Provo such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived until we left, everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean, well designed and had a wonderful view. The free breakfast had lots of healthy fruit. And the convenient location to the convention center(across the street) made our two day conference so easy. Thanks!!!

Good location for an overnight stop on the way south. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The beds could be more comfortable, and the pillows definitely need improvement.
