The staff was extremely helpful they went above and beyond out of their way to make sure that we had everything we need and we were very comfortable. I needed two extra pillows the front desk girl brought them to my room herself she was so kind and sweet. The place is extremely clean their breakfast was really good and there was so many people there that's how great it was.

The front desk staff are amazing There was a cockroach ON ME when I woke up!!! I told the front desk who offered a free nights stay. I stay at THIS hotel once or twice a month and have for 3 YEARS. My dedication to them I was told didn’t matter and they never offered a free nights stay, after they very much did when I went down to complain. Front desk staff are always above and beyond, management? Is a joke

One of the staff blk woman open the door pass 11 pm. LUcky the hook is connected. She said, she is checking if the room is occupied. If she is an employee , she should be able to check on the computer. I should have went and verify later if she is an employee. Very sketchy .

The property was easily located off I-95. Wonderful girl checked us in. Hotel was clean and nice.
-
Only thing that did not like was the dirt on the pool apparently is next to the laundry vent and it causes for all the dust amd dirt to go inside the pool. But overall everything was perfect

The front desk carries this hotel and its higher rating from us. Very helpful. Breakfast was not good at all. I've never been to a hotel where you had to take the shell off boiled eggs, home, yes, hotel, no. Everything seemed of lessor quality. I can see this hotel will be going downhill fast with all the construction workers staying there. Mud all over the 4th floor carpet and trucks taking up multiple spots. I know everyone needs a place to stay, but they need to use one floor and wing for construction workers.

It was new and rooms were suites. Staff was attentive. Microfiber sheets.

I like the fact they let me check in early even though it was a charge it wasn’t bad The carpet needs to be cleaned the room had a smell and I give the cleaning a 6/10 there was a kids above me that ran across the floor all night there was a lot of police presence not sure if that’s good or bad and they never had enough plates for breakfast room was cleaned the whole stay of 3 nights

The staff was nice and courteous. The only issue was the new manager named Troy. Who never returned my request to contact me after our stay because he wasn’t on-site when I left in the early morning. A particular nasty incident occurred and I requested to speak with the manager with 3 different staffers which all made notes to make sure he got the request. Again staff were all good and stated the situation was not acceptable on their part. In the evening just past 9pm as we moved the bed covers, we noticed blood stains on the fitted sheet. We contacted the staff and they asked if we wanted another room . We declined the offer since we were totally unpacked and in pajamas already so we asked that the sheet be replaced. The front desk personnel brought all new sheets and pillow covers ,but there wasn’t housekeeping staff to change the sheets, she took a picture of the blood stains and took our request for the new manager ( Troy) to contact us. So now my wife and I started to work on the bed changing. Good thing we had all the bed coverings since we found blood on all pillow cases duvet cover and one bath towel. We let two other staff members know about our incident in the morning and made sure they all knew we wanted the manager to reach out to us, but that never happened. The hotel and the rest of the staff were good , but a new manager that won’t do his due diligence to discuss the incident doesn’t leave much of an impression for the future of this location and that would be a shame! The pictures below don’t show the fitted sheet with the most blood stains since it was taken in the evening by the front desk personnel.

We loved this hotel! Very clean, great breakfast & a convenient location. Just a note that the pool was very cold because it isn’t heated (and we went when it wasn’t warm) but otherwise was great. Highly recommend.

The hotel is bright and clean. We were there for three days. Second night we heard someone’s tv late at night which was extremely loud. One early morning we heard what sounded like someone arguing which was quite unsettling. Aside from the two occurrences it was a great stay.

I already wrote a review compliment staff Cheyenne and the others were excellent. I would stay at this hotel again.

Very good

I stayed 2 nights and it was probably the best Hospitality hotel I have ever stayed at. When the room above me kept running around making excessive noise and couldn't be reached, Cheyenne changed my room. The breakfast was also good. No paper plates, real dishes were used. It's 2.3 miles from the new VyStar Pavilion. If you're going to see anyone in concert at this venue, it's close. Avoid Taco Bell because the employees argue and aren't concerned about getting you your order and will make you late for your concert.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I know safety is a priority but the alarm system were tested early in the morning without warning. Bathroom door needs to be adjusted, it was heavy and difficult to open and closed. Little noisy due to construction near the hotel.
