Spark by Hilton Plymouth

Convenient location, near the highway. Beds were comfortable. Like having the mirror/sink area separate from toilet and shower. Very disappointed with the breakfast offered. Very few choices.

bad mattress - not a good nights sleep

The room was very clean. Shower and bath room immaculate. The staff were all very professional and courteous. Room attendant was very polite and proficient. Breakfast area was good. My family of three were at the Spark for 3 nights. The second morning of breakfast was a bit neglected due to items not replenished. I figured maybe attendant was needed elsewhere. We used the pool, and it was good. I did love the idea the staff left towels for guests in lounge chairs. Makes it convenient. Mind that the towels are not beach size. They are standard towels. We had to use two towels to dry off. The gym next to it was good. We did observe there was a coin laundry on the first floor. We did not need to use it. Washer and dryer looked like it was in operating order. The elevator was excellent and the ice machine on level 2 was good. We had two queen beds. The beds were were good a little bit firm. The Hotel provided coffee and tea across from guest service desk at all hours. Coffee and tea are self service. Lastly, the parking was easy.

Clean Breakfast

This particular Spark met my three C’s criteria: Clean, Comfortable and Cost effective.

There are two things I look for when traveling-,a clean room - and this one was spotless and a comfortable bed- the beds are exceptionally comfy. The staff at the front desk - very welcoming.

Pretty standard hotel. Little nicer than expected!

Air conditioner and tiny refrigerator made too much noise. Tv was hard to hear over air conditioning

The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. There was a problem with one of the rooms I reserved HVAC unit that required the person to move to another room at 2am in the morning. The staff that checked us out said they couldn't give a discount for the inconvenience because the room was reserved via a 3rd party company.

Good place, only issue was EV chargers did not work.

No pool

Hard boiled eggs & cereals; bagels, etc. I would have preferred scrambled eggs & sausage, but a decent offering anyway. Very nice, clean & comfortable facility. Overall very pleased with our stay. We will plan on

Excellent relationship with staff. Quiet environment making us proud to be around this place close to the purpose of our visit. The constant flow of Coffee and Tea were added advantage to our money. Entrance to the Hotel from Ann Arbor Rd could have been with traffic lights especially when leaving the Hotel.

We didn't stay because the computers were down so we couldn't check in. We stayed at a different hotel.

STAFF AT CHECK IN VERY UNFRIENDLY. HALLWAYS NOT AIR CONDITIONED VERY HUMID. PEOPLE SMOKING IN THE HOTEL ROOMS IN THE NON SMOKING SECTION OF THE HOTEL. VERY NOISEY.
