Location My room was DIRTY had a leaky toilet, stopped up sink, phone didn't work,wall sockets didn't work and WiFi wasn't working well at all very slow. Hallway smelled like marijuana and they tried to hide a smell it was different plug in scents and car air freshener located throughout the hallway, elevator, and lobby. Staff wasn't adequate trained and equipped with the proper tool to clean rooms. Didn't have a plunger for a stopped up leaky toilet. Whomever installed the toilet didn't know to put down putty to seal the toilet from leaking. Just VERY NASTY AND DIRTY!!!! When I confronted the front desk and sent a complaint to corporate. They cancelled my stay and told me to leave because I complained.

Staff are nice One elevator, takes a while and the ventilator in the bathroom does not work

They sent my deposit back to someone else’s card and insist it’s mine, I still don’t have it, my bank confirmed there’s nothing pending and I’m very disgusted

Clean and quiet No eggs at breakfast

Excellent staff, housekeeping is great and the hotel is clean and organized. The breakfast is in the dining room at 6am , parking is close to the hotel and we'll lit making it safe. The room prices are great so I enjoyed my stay.
