Travelodge by Wyndham Livonia/Canton/Novi Detroit Area

Our room was fine minus no lock on a bathroom window. When we were checking in, a man was extremely irate yelling at the clerk about his room abs demanding to talk to a manager. She finally called him and I heard everything on speaker. The customer did not want to stay there and he's screaming at the manager to just refund his credit card. Manager was not listening as he said he would take care of it Monday. They hung up. The lady at the desk was not shaken and handled herself well vs the manager. I was nervous to see our room. It was fine minus our neighbors above us who stomped throughout the night. It vibrated the walls which I could feel on the bed. Luckily, by athlete daughter had ear buds in and slept fine. The breakfast was ok. We were hoping for scrambled eggs but they had boiled eggs. The cranberry juice was watered down but orange juice was fine. Everything was clean and tasty. Went to find ice ash the gentleman at the desk wanted to know if I needed a bag for the ice. I just needed it due my water bottle. It was nice that he offered. When we were leaving, I informed the lady that we might be back depending on our schedule but might not be back before 11 and I wouldn't get the key cards back. She said that's fine. In the meantime, the downstairs neighbor called the desk to tell them our bag fell out of the car, black bag still dark out, and the desk called me multiple times to let us know. My phone was on silence. Luckily, I saw the neighbor and he had it

For a sleazebag hotel, this place was reasonably okay. They kept the room clean and I was only intimidated by other guests on one single occasion. I definitely would NOT stay here again, but I made it through my 3 night stay safely.

The office staff were so rude and did not handle anything appropriately.

The remote control for Room 219 in Building A was missing upon check-in at 9:30pm but not replaced during my stay. Internet in room (separate building from lobby) was very poor. Breakfast was adequate but also not in Travelodge Building A. Bathroom window was open upon arrival and “non-smoking” room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. White fabric shower curtain was very dirty at the bottom and needed washing. I will not stay here again.

Convenient location. There are three separate buildings with only one front desk and breakfast. There is no in-room coffee maker. Very inconvenient!

Bed was clean. I just needed a place to sleep. For the $$ it was fine. Climate control worked fine and quiet. Breakfast was generic, one waffle machine, hard boiled eggs, 2 kinds of cereal and bread w toaster and bagel & muffin. Was a nice perk. Not 5 Star but didn’t expect that. Didn’t pay for it. Will stay here again. Staff was kind.

This was a filthy hotel, and the staff was unhelpful

It was a weekend that Michigan had a home game and the nicer ones were all booked up or wanted an crazy price. So we checked in and was pleasantly surprised. No frills just a place to sleep .

I definitely have a refund request. No communication booking.com has been trying to reach them for a week now with no response. The beds was dirty. The floors were dirty. The room smelled. Exceptional

Clean and updated rooms. Smelled clean and beds were comfy.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and the breakfast was ok. asked for a bathtub when I booked, got there and was told that there were no other rooms. I don't like to take showers, i prefer baths. the whole reason was to get away and treat myself, was disappointed

This was a very pleasant experience, myself, and my guest really enjoyed the property, the cleanliness the staff, with exception of one small incident. We went to the store and bought some snacks and we returned. They were missing. Other than that, the experience was fantastic.

Nothing Looked like a run down trailor park, sinks where plugged and fridge didn't work and the room smelled and had stains all over the sheets was very gross and the management couldn't even speak English unreal

Breakfast was convenient, maybe sausage and gravy, biscuits, cud add more weight to your tummy so you’re not hungry an hour later. Otherwise, Good Job thank you I had to leave:(
