The front desk person was fantastic!! She was very helpful!! Everything was great except the a/c in one of our rooms was making an awful rattling sound. We finally had to turn it off.

Everything was great. Beds were so comfortable.

The towels in my room had hair stuck to them, which was honestly disgusting. I also found several hairs on the bed. I don’t know what their cleaning or laundry process is, but based on my personal experience, the room did not feel clean or sanitary at all. Another major issue is the noise. The hotel is located very close to the highway, so you can constantly hear cars and traffic passing by. It gets even worse when police cars, fire trucks, or other emergency vehicles drive by with their sirens on. If you are a light sleeper or looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, I would definitely avoid this hotel. The good part was that check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. Another thing I didn’t like was the parking fee. I did not see this clearly disclosed before booking, but the hotel charges $4.19 per day for parking. It’s not a large amount, but any additional daily fee should be clearly disclosed before guests complete their reservation. Overall, the quick check-in and check-out were probably the best parts of my stay. Between the cleanliness issues and constant highway noise, I would not choose to stay here again.
