I found myself a room as I was in town for a family wedding and was due for a rehearsal dinner in less than an hour when I encountered such a total disaster of a situation

The evening employee was awesome, she had to change we out our TV because the first one wouldn't work. We woke up tried to leave only to find out the 1 working elevator (they have 3. 2 are broke) is not working only to find out a service tech isn't even on site yet. Hopefully able to leave here soon, 1 in our party is with a walker so stairs are not an option.

Disappointing

Very good

Nice place, would stay again

We asked for utensils and was told the hotel had none which is ridiculous. The parking situation was horrible. One elevator was working.

Staff was helpful. Location close to Tanglewood. Bed and pillows were awesome. One elevator was not working so that was inconvenient

The property appeared to be under renovations. Barely any parking available for self parking. Three elevators on a hotel that has 10 floors and only one elevator was working. We had to wait half hour to get out of hotel with the luggage rack. We had to take elevator up just so we could get on to go down otherwise we would’ve been waiting a lot longer. Rooms are fairly small with very small bathrooms. It was my first time out to the berkshires but I would not stay there again. Extremely disappointed after what they charge for a room.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean but outdated. Parking at hotel was an absolute disaster. Not enough parking in their small lot. We had to park in a bank lot down the street and walk back to hotel. You wouldn't mind but a previous guest said it was the same for past few years. For the price, I would not stay there again with all the projects that are incomplete. Only 1 elevator was working so you waited 10 min. Before you could get on. Also heard that that issue was a few years old as well.

Convenient location with a nice view of the city. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful

Staff were all very friendly. Hotel was good location for concert at Tanglewood and we slept well in the room. The big downfall was that two of their elevators were out of operation leaving one remaining for all guests and cleaning staff with their large carts.

The room was spacious and clean but the parking was off site and only one of three elevators was working.

I would skip this one folks. Headed up that way for a show at Tanglewood and wish I had stayed in Lenox . This hotel is under some kind of construction so limited parking , room was a little dirty . One of the beds was weirdly against the window so had to crawl in it to close blinds and had the air cold blowing on me because bed is also up against the vent . Shut it off and then it’s was to hot so no winning there . Was on floor 6 and the elevators are very very very slow . I’m not exaggerating even a little when I say 10 min waiting for it . It also sounds like it’s dying very noisy squeeky . Overall the staff was friendly , the room size itself and amenities were good, full size fridge , microwave small cooking area , Kerri , spacious great for a large family . The area the hotel is in , questionable characters looming around , saw some with signs begging for money . No breakfast included. But parking was free . I personally would not stay again I would pay a little more and stay in Lenox .
