Dirty rooms, no fitted sheets on the bed just straight mattress with burn holes, hair and bugs. Mysterious brown stains on walls and doors. Absolutely disgusting. Left immediately and asked for a refund. The lady in the office was extremely rude and unhelpful and told my husband to get out. 0/10 recommend.

Very well maintained and clean for an older looking property. I stayed here twice now.

Property needs to be updated and better maintenance. Pool that was not open and poor quality coffee were the only amenities. Was pretty quiet and staff was pleasant.

Very clean and well worth the price. Most staff were helpful and friendly with the exception of 1 housekeeper who was VERY rude. I would definitely recommend staying here while in The Berkshires.

Nothing The property is very dated and cleanliness is questionable. We actually didn’t even stay. After seeing the room we decided to drive back home. The owners should reach out to @Inn the Works and Lindsey for help. The tiny pillows on the bed didn’t have pillow covers. They were stained and I saw hair inside one. Rather than invest in a smart mirror, invest in pillow covers, paint and deodorizer. I believe if I had a light like those used at crime scenes, the room would have lit up like a neon sign. The reception area is an indication of things to come. The person at the desk needs to enroll in customer service 101.

I was very lucky to find an empty room on a busy summer weekend. My reservation at another inn was cancelled at the last minute. Good location for Tanglewood Festival.
