Rooms were spacious clean family friendly!

Great for short business trips

The room was clean but overall the property was tired. Breakfast was $19, also a charge for coffee beverages in the lobby. The room at coffee machine. The hot tub looked dirty and one elevator was broken

Hotels in poor shape. Ice machines out, elevators that don't work, random alarms going off in the night, pipes loudly rattling every 10 min. Won't stay here ever again.

The rooms were very large. Huge bathrooms also

My room was clean. Although the staff wasn’t explaining well enough about how to use the key, I had to walk back out and eventually figured it out. The pool was super super dirty and I wouldn’t put my feet in. The deposit for the credit card is high, and there is also a high fee for parking.

rooms a little dated and they held on c/c incidentals at $250 for each day wish they would have done it just once cause it ties up funds for a long time!

Exceptional

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay $250 refundable fee for insurance. It would have been great if I had known about it, before I made the reservations. The buffet breakfast was not as I expected. The oatmeal was room temperature. The only thing I liked was the potatoes and the fruit. It was not worth$21.00.

Horrible stay ..no hot water.... staff unhelpful

The room was nice and spacious. The lady at the front desk handled her job well. But I paid for the room through booking.com and they make you put up $250 extra for incidentals at the hotel. The room was fine until one of the curtains got moved, and we discovered that there was Burger King crown in the curtain. Also, you have to pay $15 to park.

I love staying here very time I'm in Aizona -- which is oft3n for business. However, the elevators are never working. Cost them a few stars this time.
