How the room set up was. The cooler was leaking water and there was a smell as soon as I step into the room

I book a room thru here and once I got to the hotel they was sold out and I didn't get my room

Location near restaurants and stores. VERY bad carpet, no paper towels, no Kleanax, no waste baskets. As I was unloading my car, there were 4 police cars, with an officer telling me I needed to stay inside my room.
