The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and the location. Currently, their TV station set up was a huge disappointment. I had a paper showing us that currently they’re only able to get certain stations which were about 12 stations and almost half of those were frozen. They didn’t have any local stations and every time he went to watch TV it was super frustrating. Everything else we loved about this day but the TV situation. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they get it fixed.

Had to park in back with the only door being stuck and hard to open also the elevator was long it took over 5m to wait each time. It was dirty outside but the room was clean

Unplanned stay due to travel issues. We were very happy with our choice at Residence Inn. Close to airport, staff gracious and brought a cart out to help with our extra luggage. Amenities include beer and wine at the kiosk. Bed comfortable! Would stay against

I traveled to Phoenix with my family to watch an MLB game. The hotel was close to the stadium and many other necessities. The property was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. We would definitely stay here again. Information regarding parking fees would have been nice beforehand. $10 a night is not a horrible price to pay a night, just an unexpected add on that would have been nice knowing of in advance.

Very clean and staff was very helpful. Quiet and in a good location for access to the zoo, botanical gardens and also convenient to Chase field and Mortgage Matchup center

Great location close to major attractions, shopping, restaurants. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable room. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, all amenities worked well including air-condition and hot water. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool and great laundry facility. Breakfast not included. Parking included but 40 dollars a night resort fees.

The check-in staff was amazing The amenities were clean and awesome. I love the pool. The hours were awesome. I’m an early bird so I was able to start at seven to do my water workout. And the breakfast was amazing thank you to the cooks and staff. They did an amazing job. Everyone there at this site was so helpful and informative, and very professional and kind. If I’m ever in Phoenix again, I will stay here.

Great front desk service, clean room with very comfortable bed and pillows, and free breakfast! Residence Inn is a great value.

Exceptional

We loved the pool area! The room was very spacious with a nice kitchen. The full breakfast was also great! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Phoenix.

Breakfast was good hotel breakfast. Thank you. No complaints, our stay was nice. Service was excellent. Parking spaces were a bit tight, but manageable.
