Hotel Zoso

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a very clean hotel. I love the pool area. Everyone helped & the setup was really nice

Great location. Many things seemed dated/poor repair eg bureau with drawers that wouldn’t close. Had to get someone to come to room to turn porch lightbulb because there’s no switch to turn it off. Wouldn’t go back

Super clean room and hotel in general. Great vibe throughout. Pool is fantastic nice cabanas that are first come first serve. So close to everything! Overall great experience!

Staff welcomed me from the time I arrived. The hotel is centrally located near lots shops, art galleries, tasty restaurants, and vibrant nightlife.

Th best thing about this hotel was the location. It was close to both the convention center and downtown. Unfortunately the driver of the shuttle called out sick and we had to Uber to the hotel. The room was okay but one of the drawer handles fell off. The shower could have been hotter. Although my friend's room had too hot of water. Overall, it worked for my needs.

The room needed work. Fridge did not work and the room looked like it had been rode hard and put away wet the hot water was questionable but staff were nice

We stayed for four nights - the location of the hotel and size of the room were excellent. We had a few issues with our room (blocked sink, shower head broken, and in room phone not working), however when I raised these with reception with the exception of the phone they were responded to quickly. The quality of the in-room house keeping wasn't as good over the weekend period, but good during the week. Overall it was good value for money and I would stay again.

Exceptional

We left a day early though because someone was smoking pot and it smelled so bad in our room we couldn’t stand it. I talked to the sweetest manager and he refunded me the second night and said he would find who was smoking and fine them. It’s a non smoking facility. It’s a little different place, more designed for clubbing individuals but it was quiet in our room. There is a big pool and hot tub area and it looked clean and I would have used it if we hadn’t left early. The dog area is not sufficient and we stayed here because it is dog friendly. My girl is picky and hates the fake grass. There is a bar which we didn’t use but it was busy. The coffee shop had good coffee and baked goods. There was also an area to buy snacks and drinks by the desk.

The room was nice and the walk out to the pool was nice but everything looked pretty beat down. For a Sunday I was surprised they had no bar open, the cabanas were kind of dirty and there was trash under the beds.

Everything was clean well kept up! Walking distance to any restaurants and casinos! Great place to cool off in the pool! Nice weekend trip to get out of the house and enjoy a relaxing time!
