Nothing DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE BUGS HOME. Carpet is gross, no front desk, $1k for nothing but a bed. No closet. And you’ll have to rebuy your own furniture if you bring the bed bugs home. Just go somewhere else!!! PLEASE I’m begging you. They ruined my bfs 30th. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. THIS PLACE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Do not be fooled like me. Book at the Thompson (where I stayed after 2 hrs of being at this hotel) it’s beautiful. Costs more, but it is so worth it.

When I walked into my room, I was appalled that the floor was concrete, and the area rug was stained. Immediately I wanted to leave. I then found out that the restaurant only serves breakfast beginning at 9 AM and you have to eat it in your room however there are no tables to eat breakfast in your room. I would not recommend this hotel.

We waited for our room and were told we could use the pool area. We found 3 chairs, they were so dirty we had to lay towels down to sit on. Thereafter 2 members of staff approached us and rudely said we couldn't sit there as the "cabanas" are $200 a day. The staff embarrassed us and made us feel bad, why did it need 2 staff members to aggressively tell a family they needed to move. We were given no alternative and there was no where else to sit I went to speak to reception and asked them what they suggested we do while we waited and they were very unhelpful. We decided to leave the hotel and look for an alternative which we did. I phoned the hotel and told them we would not return and that I had booked my family into another hotel. I received a call from the manager later that day apologising and offering me an upgrade on our next stay (which I will never use) and a bottle of champagne that was left in a room we were not in. The manager also acknowledge all our complaints. Hotels.com tried to help but the hotel refused to give us any type refund partial or otherwise. The hotel took full payment even though they accepted they had offerd us very poor standards and service. In my view the Drift is an extremely poor hotel

Lovely stay . One bedroom suite was so spacious and lovely .

Great location one block off main strip. Smaller hotel which I liked. Communication was great via text. Not typical hotel with a lobby but staff available via text. Decent sized pool. Margaritas were great.

OMG love this property stayed for a couple days just taking a mini vacation and upon arrival it was super clean very easy and convenient to get to and the staff was awesome!!!!!

I would give 5 stars but unfortunately it takes one bad experience to ruin it all. The lady working the bar was very condescending. We asked for ice in our cooler and she filled it halfway so when I said “excuse me can I get it filled” she kept punching numbers on screen and acted as if she didn’t hear me or see as I was literally in front of her and looked up and pretending to smile all fake made me repeat myself. She don’t seem like she likes her job very much. You don’t like being bothered or asked for anything then go work somewhere else, in my opinion. Customer service goes a long way and she just had this condescending attitude to make up for her lack in customer service.

Staff was extremely friendly on a very busy weekend when the hotel was sold out. They even entertained our late checkout request.

I love the space and light of the rooms. Please provide more than one tiny pour over for coffee. Some people like more than one cup in the morning or perhaps a decaf at night.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms would definitely come back again with a group.

Not much this time around. Was our 2nd stay and the resort felt very run down. Pool area was dirty. Sunbeds stained, little to no pool service. Bar staff expecting 20% even after you had to walk to the bar in the restaurant to order a drink. How run down it felt and how disingenuous and disinterested the staff were in the guests.
