Clean room and it was ready earlier than check in. After a long day of travel it met all my needs and the pool area is a nice spot to relax after a morning walk.

We like staying in Palm Springs for a lay over between Scottsdale and California oceans. Hilton Palm Springs offers the best value for very good quality accommodation including large rooms with seating area, and a big swimming pool area with bar service. Makes for a well priced resort get away!

They charge $30 per day for parking. I think that is wildly egregious and insulting to a paying customer. The staff are very friendly, the property is lovely. But if you're not willing to fork out the same amount to park at a football stadium to store your hunk of metal, you're stuck street parking. Anyone who knows Palm Springs knows that is in limited supply, plus depending on how far away you have to end up parking, you may be dealing with some interesting people on the walk back to the hotel. I personally feel like if I'm shelling out the money for a Hilton room, the least they could do is let you park there. Charge overflow from the casino next door if you're looking for extra income, but allow your paying customers somewhere to safely store their vehicle. Attached is a picture of how empty the parking lot is because most folks don't want to pay that, but it also means all those cars are doing street parking as well, which is why you may end up parking blocks away.

It was a nice stay but waited 45 min along with another lady for the shuttle after we both had called several times . We were offered a voucher at check in for the incident.

Bathroom has been up dated, but the bedroom is a little dated.

Nice hotel

Staff were excellent and good set up in hotel. Why are we not given ample warning and prices for parking! This is an add on which should be given with a warning before booking. 2 glasses of wine from bar for 40 dollars is ridiculous! Plus paying for water in room is just greed.

Location and amenities, especially the pool

The bathroom in my room is broken, and water is flooding the entire bathroom. I asked the staff to move me to another room, but they refused, said they don’t know how long the repair will take, and told me I have to wait. It’s already 10:30, and I’m extremely tired and sleepy. I paid a lot of money for this room, and I don’t think it’s reasonable to make me wait indefinitely when the bathroom is unusable. I need a different room immediately. This is very frustrating and unacceptable.

I selected breakfast included but it was not. There was no microwave in the room which was unexpected.

Such a bad experience I never had with hotels I stated before. The hotel room they gave us was a nightmare. The whole night we heard the noice of the pump, which pipe was running above the room ceiling. The shower was terrible. No water pressure and super old shower head.
