TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport

I called twice to get a receipt for my incidentals and have not received. I checked out September 20. It is October 1 and I still have pending holds in my account. Property charged my card again September 29. I left a voicemail for the manager and sent an email. I also reached out via the Expedia messaging system. No one has contacted me. I have to contact Marriott Customer Care for a resolution. Nice property with great amenities, but very disappointed with the billing issues.

Good breakfast, nice gym.

Very convenient when traveling out of MCO

Great

It served the purpose: I...

Excellent hotel. They have electric charger that you can use just ask the front desk for the fob to borrow and return so that you can activate and use. The parking was a little problem as the front of hotel is not well designed so people park and drop off and it can get busy after 3pm. Room was clean and everything else was great.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds

Exceptional

The breakfast was good, hot with options. The pool area was quiet and clean, sufficient seating. The place smells clean and fresh. Very pleased with location. staff, and cleanliness of place. Highly recommend this destination.

Exceptional

Everything was very nice but I had some fire ants crawling around in the bathroom and found one crawling on the bed I was laying in.

Good

Comfort, cleanliness, amenities all were above our expectations. There was nothing we did not like

It is surprising that an hotel with such clean, well maintained areas, and comfortable room setup, can have your experience ruined by the attitude of their staff. Their way to address (if you can call it that) guests is truly appalling. It is a shame because other than that, the property has great potential, but who wants to go stay somewhere were you are treated like scum. Note: this was a general issue with everyone we interacted with except the guy manning the night shift.

Superb

Nos encantó la limpieza del lugar, todos fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron mucho

Excellent breakfast, property well maintained by friendly staff. Bar, food and snacks available on site. Location is great too. You can walk to shopping and quite a few restaurants.

Bad

Convenient for airport and for families Small rooms, don’t understand reviews for breakfast as it wasn’t good compared to other hotels in the area

Gorgeous and super clean room ! The buffet breakfast has an excellent selection of food and drinks.
