Good service

Front desk staff upon departure were unfriendly. And the shuttle stops at 10pm which was frustrating for a late night flight

They really need to improve their cleanliness and overall maintenance. The humidity was awful, and the carpets smelled terrible. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, the AC wasn’t working properly, and there were broken windows, torn curtains, and a whole host of other issues. I only stayed because it was just for one night. Overall, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.

The AC would not cool lower than 75. We booked a suite because there were 3 of us. They moved us to a room with only a king bed and no extra bed so that was not helpful. Not impressed at all.

The room was not clean and the previous occupants left food a sleeve of half eaten donuts a container of half eaten cookies and a half case of water that the cleaning staff never even checked to look for. I went to the bathroom only to find out as I was using the toilet that their was not toilet paper and just 2 sheets of nose paper on the counter I was able to use to wipe my ASS with. This property is very unsanitary and dirty . I witnessed some of the front desk staff being were very rude to customers in the lobby. I would not take a shower because it was very Nasty and unsanitary. This is not a hotel I would ever stay in again very disgusting and in need of immediate maintenance as I am sick right now from the mildew Whomever said this place was cleanly LIED!!! IT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT OF YOU HOTEL LINE-UP IMMEDIATELY!!! I will be calling to complain

Great location at a great price!

The staff at this hotel was very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable and very affordable. Due to my short stay, I was not able to enjoy the breakfast or the pool. The hotel is very conveniently located for access to the airport and a gas station with competitive prices nearby. The cost was very economical; it was money well spent.

The shower disability chair was full of mold and broken and no non slip mat

It was clean and close to the airport. The price was right! Some food options nearby.

- Free shuttle to and from MCO is quick and reliable - Pool is really nice with a lot of sunshine - Rooms are spacious, and extremely clean/well maintained - Staff is great. The nice woman working the front desk when I arrived at noon told me my room wasn't ready but gave me a secure place to store my bags and helped me sign up for the airport shuttle. - There are some good dining options if you don't mind going for a little walk (Denny's, a smoothie place, Outback, a few other pub-style places). The area is very safe, and clean with some nice places to walk around ponds. It is however, quite a ways from the attractions, so if you don't have a rental car, you will spend a lot of time waiting for and using the Lynx Bus (however, there are multiple bus stops nearby) Would highly recommend this place for a layover or your last night in Orlando if you have an early flight the next day. 10/10.

Room was dirty and had roaches. Got moved to a different room that had stains on the sheets and in the shower. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Hotel was uncomfortable, wouldn’t recommend the stay.
