Property was clean, good breakfast choices and the staff was helpful. A little older looking but clean.

Didn’t use the amenities as it was an overnight stay to leave for the airport early in the morning. It was convenient si ce it was near the airport and food places within walking distance

Nice.

When we first checked in, our room was not great. Smelled like chlorine, the fridge didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and the maintenance person left a radio on the desk. However, they promptly moved us to another room on the same floor with none of those issues. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience which should have been standard for customer service, but overall it was fine once we moved to the new room.

We booked this hotel for a night each before and after a cruise. What a great experience. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was convenient, so clean and offered a great hot breakfast. We highly recommend staying at this hotel and the convenience of surrounding restaurants that offered discounts too. We will be back i the area just to stay here and explore more of the Orlando area. It's more than just Disney and Universal parks.
