The location of the property is perfect. There is every store you can think of nearby. The staff is really nice. The pool area is also nice. I was bothered by the fact that I read so many positive reviews for this place. That based my travels on having a great experience for my brother's wedding. Unfortunately that was not the case. Read carefully there is no breakfast included don't waste your money is basic breakfast that is free at other hotels. The restaurant is basic. This is my honest experience the pool area is really nice but it has a horrible plastic smell and it could be coming from replacement of the plastics to cover the indoor pool. The pool was not kept it had leaves in it. The room I stayed in smell so bad I try to go the whole 3 nights without complaining but I was unable to sleep from how strong the moldy musty odor is. They kindly moved me and the other room was worst. Even the staff agreed on the horrible moldy mildew musty smell. I stayed the whole night. I will never ever stay at this place. Let me add the planes are always flying and it's very loud to sleep as is next to the airport but I already was aware of that prior to booking. You can hear all the conversations in the rooms.

I had a beautiful time with a beautiful lake across the street while sitting watching the planes soar ,give the mind and body complete serenity. There is Hooters right next door and a shuttle for your convenience. The ladies at the bar are awesome ! and remember to tip !!

Helpful staff The shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport had an attitude-

24 hour shuttle to the airport is a big plus. Room was spacious, up-to-date and clean. Nice restaurant in the lobby and a good selection of grab and go items. Nice indoor- outdoor pool.

Airport shuttle fast & friendly (likes brownies!) Room clean and friendly staff. Couldn’t watch much tv, remote messed up, channels seemingly incorrect, no info provided (casting anyone?). Ordering food in room cumbersome so I didn’t and then when I planned to have lunch after checking out was closed for lunch. So, ended up being just a room.

Stayed one night but the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Kept us updated on parking breakfast and airport shuttle.

Clean, friendly staff and close to the airport.

Hotel staff just did not seem to”happy”. A lot of grumpy team members. Especially the young man at the front desk. We did not receive the correct amount breakfast coupons and when we approached him, he, almost looked up. He didn’t fix the issue. He said come back tomorrow???? However, once he was gone, we approached the young lady and she took care of it right away. I mentioned the situation with the young man to her and she really didn’t seem to care. The overall rating for the staff, with the exception of one of the restaurant servers, would be unsatisfactory.

Très bon emplacement, excellent déjeuner. Nous y retournerons.

It was a wonderful stay! Exactly like the photos perfect stay for the weekend!
