Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport by IHG

On my arrival Amed was informative and professional during the check-in process. The restaurant breakfast staff were had pleasant attitudes. Shout out to Nikoll and the restaurabt manager. During my stay, Yasmine was professional and provided assistance at the front desk. I was pleased with my stay. There was a mildewy odor in the room.

great staff and amenities at this facility needs a little bit of updating but it's not bad. had a great day

Clean room.staff we friendly. Breakfast could have more variety. Less pork and pork products.

Exceptional

Poor

The property was clean. The hot tub didn't work. The staff was friendly. The rooms were small, but functional. Trying to use the tv was a pain. That the hot tub didn't work. $4.00 for a soda. Wanted to get some extra coffee for the second day of my trip, but they didn't have any regular coffee, only decaf.

Check in was quick and easy as was check out. The room was subpar and wreaked of mold / mildew! The air was moist and all around I didn’t feel comfortable in the room! I refused to take shoes off to walk anywhere. Wasn’t comfortable enough to even shower. I didn’t let my personal items even touch the floor! The floor was loud and other guests not polite very early in the morning like 4:30 am!!

I bought something that needed to be microwaved and they didn’t tell me that there was no microwave in the room.

Not satisfied

The location near the airport was perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was just what I needed for a quick stay before an early flight. The bathroom was a bit dated.

Room smelled is mold and mildew and towels were dirty

The customer service was great..very attentive.

Everything at the hotel was great. Front desk staff, dining room staff were all very helpful & friendly. Our only complaint was the airport shuttle driver - I think his name was Richard - was VERY rude and condescending. I spoke with another guest when checking out and he also expressed that the shuttle driver was very rude to he and his wife. We appreciated the shuttle service and honestly it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but they need to get more courteous, professional drivers and another shuttle bus to reduce the wait time.

Clean room

We arrived late a night and there was a water maintenance issue and water was off all night. The gentleman at the front desk explained right away and we decided to stay anyway. The water came on by 5AM as planned. We have stayed here a few times so this was a rare situation. It's convenient to the airport with nice restaurant/bar area. Lots of places to eat nearby! They gifted us some snacks and drinking water for the inconvenience which was really nice.

All good

Todavía le faltan algunos arreglos y necesita un poco más de limpieza para que quede bien.

The shower tub is clogged.
