Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

All was great

The elevator was extremely slow. Although there were two only one appeared to be working.

Exceptional

The room was big and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, would stay again for sure!

My stay was pleasant. The shuttle service was so helpful because I was lost in the airport and he guided me to the correct hotel. The staff was pleasant, courteous and friendly.

Good

I gave this hotel two stars because the breakfast area and selection is awesome! The only reason I stayed was because the conference I was attending was being held at the hotel. I will not be staying here again.

While we understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, we were disappointed that there was no flexibility or complimentary option offered for Hilton Honors members.

Loved the room and the breakfast. The elevator call buttons need maintained. Overall great stay.

We got off a cruise ship in Port Canaveral early Sunday morning, and checked into this hotel to rest and do laundry before returning home. The lady that checked us in seemed overwhelmed and was not very welcoming. She matter-of-factly told us that the system would charge us $50 for an early check-in (before 4pm). I understand policy, but she never thanked me for being a Gold member. Also the hotel wasn't full at all. I understand the policy, but I'd think there would be a way for them to be more flexible and accommodating with my loyalty status and their vacancies. The following morning, we requested a 1pm checkout. There was a $25 fee for that. That wouldn't have been a big deal, but a pipe broke that unexpectedly cut off the water supply to the hotel that morning--no showering, no flushing, no water to wash your hands. The water supply eventually got fixed, but we had to rush to make the 1pm checkout, which wasn't ideal. When I returned the key, I apologized for checking out a little late. Anthony at the front desk said that the water issue caught them unexpectedly too and didn't offer any apology. The other issue was that the bedroom section of our suite stayed uncomfortably warm the entire stay, despite the air conditioning being full blast and the front room were relatively cool. Very Disappointing.

Great place near airport!

Room is nice clean! Breakfasts are good!

the cleanness of the room

Exceptional

The ac in our room didn't work well enough to keep the room cool. It wasn't that it didn't work at all, it was just not enough. The breakfast in the morning was just okay. I ordered a spinach omelet that was not very good, so I ate a bagel instead.

Staff was outstanding

Exceptionally clean room

Needs updating

Location: very well situated with many places to eat in the area.

Niceeeeee
