good place to stay in for a short time

Rare quality for a good price. Hard to find these days. Rosen has it.

I confirmed weeks ago with them we would be checking in around midnight. They said that is fine they are there to help 24/7. They canceled my reservation without notifying me at 10. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Every hung up or put us on hold. I had to scramble to find a place to stay. I emailed and left voicemails . No answer yet.

Our room was very clean when we stayed at the property we were left clean towels on a daily basis and bins were emptied too we were close to the pool which was great and a kids play park across from our room , would definitely stay there again

A decent inexpensive place to stay...

Location is amazing, friendly staff I don't like the pillows; they are very tall and a little hard. Parking price is to expensive

We received our key card without a room number written on it. We had to call the front desk and they gave us a hassle about giving the number over the phone. The beds were horrible we would’ve been better off sleeping in the car for the three hours that we needed to rest after Halloween Horror Nights. Both beds had a dip in the center of the bed making it uncomfortable. You get what you pay for I guess.

Rosen inn provide good accommodation at a reasonable price, there was a buffet restaurant which used to be open for breakfast and dinner but they decided to stop the dinner buffet which was very disappointing. Now for the dislikes, the room smelt musty and damp.on arrival but this did clear within 24 hours, I noticed you have to wear shoe coverings at all times as the floors are quite dirty, there was a smell of pot around the hotel from guests, I know this is not the hotels fault but they should do more to stop it.

This was my first visit. It was far better than I had expected.

I lo e how convenient the hotel location is. So many restaurants are walking distance and there is a Walgreens across the street. It is also close to the Universal Parks. The grounds of the hotel are well kept and they have two swimming pools which is a plus. The rooms are simple and a little outdated, but the beds are comfortable. I love that the bedding is all white. My son had an incident at the pool. When he was exiting the pool, he hit his head on the bar of a piece of equipment that is for people with disabilities. He hit it so hard that it caused him to lose his balance, and he almost fell backwards in the pool if he didn't grab the same bar that he hit his head. It caused pain and swelling. His dad and I felt that the bar should have some foam around it when it is not in use, so another child won't have the same experience as my son. This is something management may want to think about.
