Bed was clean No coffee in room or lobby, no microwave, fridge froze everything solid, dirty room, filthy carpet, mold damp bad

Staff breakfast Older but clean hard to find for us

Parking can be a little crazy if you plan on returning to the hotel after 11pm. The hotel has limited parking as it shares the spaces with Kobe and The Golden Corral. The breakfast is decent and the hotel is quiet.

The staff was always very nice. The hotel seems to have a large number of mechanical issues. The 1st room had a mold smell and we were able to be moved. However the next room had a broken faucet. Luckily we noticed it before we stayed there. The next option had bugs in the bathroom. They were likely harmless, but we were moved again. When we were moving out of the last room, my son noticed that his Nintendo Switch was wet. It had been on the floor. His shoes were also wet. The hotel's response was that if we had told them, they would have moved us, but we didn't notice until we were checking out. Maybe they just had a rash of bad luck with rooms, but I suspect that their general maintenance is somewhat lacking. Lacking. I also suspect that they might have a roof leak or something.

Had to change rooms because the original room’s door didn’t lock. The room we changed into had a leaking shower that kept me up all night.

Breakfast was solid with good coffee for the price

The hotel stay was good. It is a older hotel so it has the older vibe. The surroundings like doors and elevator is not updated but everything works just fine. The beds are huge and comfortable. The room was very spacious. Also, having the free breakfast was a great addition to the stay. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was nice and convenient location.

The hotel was in a convenient location I was promised a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed only to be told they no longer have them so made sleeping arrangements difficult. Room was very dated and smelt musty and damp. Also hotelvery difficult to find as it is called comfort inn when you eventually find it and not I drive hotel

Overall a good budget stay near the parks if you don’t plan on spending much time in your room. Epic drive: 8mins Universal: 20mins Airport: 38mins

Good priced. Good location. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast and later check out. Hallways could have been cleaner. Room kinda smelt like cigarette smoke. Beds were clean but seemed like it had previous water damage
