Holiday Inn Express Orlando International Airport by IHG

Wonderful stay! The staff were very accommodating and made us feel so comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a great variety.

Clean room and very convenient to airport and highway. Staff was courteous and friendly. Nothing fancy but it worked for our needs.

Water pressure is weak and no soap from dispenser. Breakfast is average but coffee is very good.

Clean room, friendly staff

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly, I was very surprised how good breakfast was, one of the best hotel complementary breakfast I have experienced. Overall a good stay!

Very friendly staff. Shuttle service excellent. Staff very accommodating and communicated well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great staff

Great front desk person checking us in.

My jewelry was stolen out of my room by housekeeping. I’m absolutely certain of it. What pains me is that I’m a single mother of a special needs son, who wanted to go to Universal Epic for his birthday and I managed to make that happen. I had my jewelry pouch in my purse but decided to leave it in our bag instead of taking it to the park. But before we left, I asked housekeeping for a few new towels. She was very friendly and gave me towels. My room wasn’t scheduled to be cleaned but she was on the floor cleaning. She saw us leave the room. When we got back, our room was in the same condition. I didn’t notice my jewelry missing until we got back home. I immediately called the hotel. They were nice and said they would check lost and found- who is housekeeping. Of course they tell me they didn’t see anything. I told the front desk person that it had to have been the lady who gave me towels. How odd that he immediately got defensive and said I’m accusing someone of stealing who has worked there for many years. So He knew exactly who it was!!! I was praying to God that that woman would be convicted and tell the truth, but she didn’t. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Some cans from someone previous in our room had been left even after cleaning, towels had stains, shower head was dirty. Staff was very friendly just poor cleaning.

Excelente 👌

Nice, clean and well maintained. Rooms smell great, good breakfast and outstanding location. Definitely we will come back again.

The hotel was wonderful! Staff was so nice, shop was well stocked, room was large and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Free airport shuttle was invaluable!

The front desk staff was incredible!

Friendly, courteous and well informative

It was a great variety for breakfast with hot and cold items. My main complaint would be all the long and dark hairs in the bathroom. Didn’t look very clean.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Perfect stay for our overnight.

The cozy and clean building
