When we arrived the first staff member was new and trying hard and then a more seasoned staff member stepped in and was rude and very unhelpful … the property being on the newer side as been not maintained properly IMO and we were let down

I had a great stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I also really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay.

They did not have the class of room we booked and gave us a double in liue of a king. They offered nothing to accommodate us for the change until I complained to the online booking agent. The elevators was broken and we had to lug our bags up 3 floors. Room was fine but smaller than a 6'6" guy needs.

Seemed recently renovated and was very clean. Shuttle service to the airport was good.

Everything was great. Walls were thin which made falling and staying a bit difficult. Everything within their control was well done though

I called the hotel because I couldn’t locate the shuttle bus stop at the airport and Carlos politely directed me to the correct area. Staff were friendly from the time I entered the hotel! I love that housekeeping doesn’t disturb you until you request them and when you do request them, they’re super fast in responding. The front desk sends periodic texts to check on your needs. The hotel restaurant is pretty good as well. Think i gained a few pounds lol Love this place and I will be back.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Cambria Hotel Orlando Airport, especially Carlos. He was absolutely amazing so sympathetic, compassionate, and supportive during an incredibly difficult time. A dear friend of mine passed away unexpectedly, and I had to make last-minute travel arrangements while dealing with the grief and stress of the situation. The Cambria Hotel made an otherwise terrible and overwhelming ordeal so much more manageable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly accommodating, kind, and understanding. Their compassion and willingness to help meant more to me than they probably realize. Carlos, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported during such a difficult time. I’m truly grateful for the kindness I received from the entire team. Thank you, Cambria Hotel Orlando Airport, for making a heartbreaking experience just a little easier. Truly one of the best hotel stay experiences I’ve had.

Bathroom was clean but shower head was a little unimpressive weird spray pattern. I hate that hotels are charging for parking that is so scammy. Just raise the price for the room. Ive only stayed here one other time and I dont remember paying for parking. I wont be back for a third soo many places in the area to stay. Breakfast was good ,dinner was good ,staff was good except the lady that checked me in if you're not gonna wear deodorant put some perfume on BO is unacceptable as an adult.
