Clarion Inn & Suites Across From Universal Orlando Resort

Encantada, el cuarto muy amplio. Fuimos 5 personas en una misma habitación, la cual contaba con dos camas queen y tenían un living room con puerta donde se encontraba el sofá cama para mayor privacidad.

Muy puntuales para los traslados a los parques de Orlando

Beautiful spacious, clean, up-to-date property, walking distance to Universal Studios. I like everything about the property no dislikes.

My hotel has dead bugs, stains on the towels, and my friend saw live red ants in her bed.

Loved the convenience and price. While it is a motel style it is very clear that the whole complex has been recently redone and gives it a nice hotel vide instead of roadside motel. Unlike other motels we were able to buy a suite style room with a living space and two queen beds which is not something you can normally get at a motel style location. Our only complaints were that staff in the cafe and registration area were hard to find or get a hold of. Our key cards didn’t work for the gym or main lobby after hours as we were told they were, which wasn’t a big deal we just tried it and realized it didn’t work. Both of these complaints didn’t necessarily bother us since we were mostly out of the room and were just things we noticed. Our toilet had some issues flushing but it was fixed immediately after we sent a call to the front desk.

It was very close to Universal Studios and the pet friendly rooms very clean and spacious and a recent update to the rooms was very nice. With the remodeling going on, there were construction vehicles and trailers all around taking up alot of the parking spaces.

I enjoyed the room, A/C was nice and cold. Room was clean but you could tell they had not cleaned the walls in a while.

The location was great for attending Universal! The beds were comfy. The hot tub was nice as well. The bathroom door kept getting stuck when opening at the bottom, the on-site food was not very convenient for American type food. The main issue was the female security guard late Friday/Saturday morning (2:00am) coming back from HHN there were no parking spaces no where close to our room so we parked behind a car but left enough room for both to get out if needed, the guard was extremely rude telling us we could not park there and I explained there were no where else to park? She stated "not my problem but you can't park there" After speaking to the front desk who was not that helpful telling me to park around the front grant you our room was in the back so I was like no sir that is ridiculous! He said park there (Where we first parked) until morning, ok cool but when I returned to inform the guard she argued again with me and yelled at my daughter which I replied do not yell at my daughter. She then threatened to call the cops and have us removed for trespassing? How when we were booked until The next day and we were not being disruptive but trying to park?

This was a great hotel close to Universal. We took advantage of the free shuttle for getting to the park each day (8am or 11am) but the return times (5:30pm or 8:15 pm) didn’t always line up with our plans so we used Lyft and Waymo. We did walk back from Universal Studios once, and while it’s doable, after being at the park all day it was very tiring. Room was clean, beds were comfy, and AC worked great. Would stay here again if returning to Universal.

Pool was nice, close to universal “King room or king bed” was definitely a queen, rooms are small. Definitely a landlord special with the walls etc. TVs out dated. And you hear the highway all night.

The proximity to Universal Studios and the outlet stores was great! The hotel is very outdated and should not be considered a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The bathroom was tiny the ac was leaking outside and the paint was peeling off the doors. It was also noisy to the extend where I could hear the tiktok movies of our next door neighbour. Honestly it gave is motel vibes rather than 4 star hotel.

This is great for the price. My room was clean. Parking can’t get a little full. Staff is always very friendly. I have stayed here multiple times. They do seem to be renovating many rooms. But overall good stay especially if you want to be walking distance to the universal
