No hotel free parking lot without valet or finding my own public parking Valet service for $47 Doller charge, oh and for an extra 5 dollars you can get moved up in line to ensure my car would be next in line, but they still operated as a first-come-first-served and some shopped up ani any order. So they proffered me a $5 upgrade which did nothing. I waited a full 45 min to get my car, that is unacceptable. The valet driver was impolite and annoyed as it was only him, he should have had more workers assisting him. I will be calling that manager and having my Valet + 5$ valet boost fee reimbursed Also, Stay away until road construction is completed, not very easy to walk to downtown to omaha's best attractions.

The room was clean and the staff were incredibly nice. The bed was super comfy. The only issue was how long it took for the water to get hot in the shower. Just wait about 5-10 minutes.
