Hotel Indigo Omaha Downtown by IHG

This hotel is beautiful and smells amazing from the first step inside. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. The downfall was not enough staff. There was always a line at the front desk and no employee in sight. We were also told their parking was full but could see the lot from our room and their were multiple open spots

Exceptional

call ahead if you want valet parking - it was full when we checked in. Don't plan on early check-in.

Location Ac heating thermostat didn’t work they didn’t offer any other options Bar restaurant staff didn’t show up limited options I checked out next day looking for refund

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city. Parking was easily accessible right on the property. The bar was nice and food was average. Our only issue there was finding the person that works the front desk. We were there for almost 10 minutes looking for her to check in.

Beautiful building, Staff was very friendly and helpful. But we had NO AIR the whole time we were there, and we were there for 3 Days!!! They did give us a free breakfast one morning and free drinks, which was very nice. I would stay again but I would make sure there is air in our room.

Very comfortable bed. Great place

Great stay . Nice rooms and beds.

Very clean and up to date. Cute decor They charged an extra $200+ in random transactions after putting a card on file for parking. Had to call and dispute with bank.

in any way it we really bad hotel we wouldn’t advice any on to have Thanks

We arrived at 6pm after driving 7 hours from Denver. Unfortunately there was an HVAC issue and the entire floor was closed and they had to move us to another hotel. While they covered the cost of the hotel it ended up being a really bad experience at the other place. It was during a pretty hot heat spell, but it just shows that they were not prepared for such an occasion.

Passable

Like this hotel it’s different design a bit busy but it’s okay…

This hotel was such a vibe! The staff were all so friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. It was so clean. The food we ordered was great and we sat at the bar for some drinks. We absolutely loved our bartender

Extra clean

Loved everything about it! Stay here!!! You won’t regret it.

Exceptional

Great Location , Spacious room

I always like this hotel. I have stayed here several times and can't complain.

Hotel Indigo has a great team, tasty restaurant, clean & quiet rooms, and fantastic customer service all around. It’s a 10 minute walk to Creighton if you’re visiting your kiddo. Don’t miss Anna’s Place.
