Very nice Historic building. Great charm. Small details such as cleanliness of hallways and repairs needed for older tile floors, etc.

AMAZING stay! Enjoyed the restaurant the Orleans room three times actually . Bed was really comfortable which is pretty important to us. Didn’t realize how much is walking distance to eat and drink. We will definitely stay next summer to enjoy the amazing pool area!

Beautiful hotel property. The swimming pool area is amazing. We always stay whenever we are in Omaha at this hotel highly recommend!

The historic appointments and luxury were bonafide vestiges of a bygone era. It’s a neat place. The staff was very hospitable. The pool was closed. The area is under heavy road construction. The parking was pricey. We were unlucky because of there was a chance of hail storms and tornados so we moved from the recommended outdoor lot to a nearby indoor lot (both unaffiliated with the property) and paid way too much.

Most hotels have free breakfast. since you didn't, we didn't eat. We were charged for food and didn't get any food. Also, tips, taxes etc that were charged were more than I expected. We went and got all of our own drinks, so was disappointed we were charged for tips.

It's a cool old historic hotel. The room was small but nice.

Beautiful old vibe with great places to eat and drink right on property. Combine that with the pool and it made for a great staycation for our anniversary.

Service was lacking. It should be stellar for being one of the priciest hotels in Nebraska. Disappointed except for how beautiful the property is and the pool is wonderful too.

The hotel itself is fine. Clean, pretty. It is old of course, rooms are small, elevators are small, and the ac unit ran the entire time (which you need when it's 90 degrees outside of course, but hearing it all night is kind of unpleasant). Had breakfast one morning and it was fine, albeit overpriced for what it is. The staff in the kitchen was wonderful and bright and attentive. With that however, the rest of the staff between the front desk and valet were awful. We were met with such crude attitudes, unhelpful demeanors, and just left to feel like they could absolutely not be bothered by having us in their space. Customer service makes or breaks a place and this experience was less than palatable.

Our stay was pretty good overall, small issues in our room the first night and the front desk staff rude and unhelpful. Other staff members were great.

Place was great! Pool was awesome. Hotel is super nice and great location. Only downfall was we had to pay for parking.
