Clean comfortable room, easy location

Not a bad hotel, the rooms were clean and housekeeping came everyday to make sure it was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen were also very nice to me and my family and even gave our daughter a yogurt jelly cup every morning! There was also free cookies in the lobby when we first checked in which was very nice. Breakfast was good and fresh everyday and the gym is wonderful and clean. I think the only things that would need to be upgraded are the tvs as they are quite old nowadays and a little slow. I do wish parking was free though or atleast validated through the hotel. Other than that I enjoyed our stay here and it was very nice and clean

Great location. Everything was pretty clean and staff was good. Breakfast was fair. Room maintenance was not great. We were given a handicap equipped room and the shower had a removable wand type shower head. The clamp to hold the shower head would not hold tight so shower head kept sliding down and the only way to shower was to simply hold the wand. Road noise in the room made sleep difficult. Sometimes this is simply a trade off you accept for a good location. Parking was convenient but cost $15.00 per day.

This is a great hotel. Excellent rooms, the breakfast is really good. They also have a deal with the amazing gym near by that you can use for free. I have stayed here in the past and will stay in the future.

Dust collected over months laying around on top of stuff. Air filter for heating/AC was really dirty! Room was so cold took hours to heat up after I had to call front desk to switch my HVAC unit from cooling to heat. Cannot make changes on thermostate in unit.....I actually turned on 2 electric cook top burners to help heat the room.

It was great.

The staff was courteous & helpful. The breakfasts were terrific, and the exercise room was amazing! The hallway carpet on the floor we stayed on was disgustingly dirty. We were in the 8th floor.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The continental breakfast each morning was amazing with several choices for food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Some broken tile in places. The carpeted hallways on floor 8 outside the rooms are filthy and stained. Need to be cleaned

Musty smell throughout the hotel (not Westin signature scent), carpet was stained in hallways and room. Disappointed overall.
