DIRTY!! I was bitten by bed bugs. I have pics and videos to prove it! I expect a full refund also...I will never stay there again.

SOOOO BAD. stay anywhere but here. Got bit by bed bugs while staying here and I HAD MY KIDS WITH ME. thankfully they were in sleepers so they did not get bit. Lifted up the sheets to check for bed bugs, and the mattress was moldy in multiple areas and hair and dirt under the fitted sheet and had what looked like blood stains ?! The sheets were dirty and had not been washed. As I learned when lifting it up. It stunk so bad. There was no breakfast. And when I brought this up to the staff and asked for the manager he “ wasn’t there “. And I’d have to wait for him to review the email before anything could be done. Went through Expedia and they called also emailed the manager on behalf of me as well. So we will see how that goes.

The property was. In a good location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for the price.

leaking faucet broken toilet handle crumbs on floor tv cords and cable cords not plugged in no coffee in room but had coffee pot no one answered phones room phone did not work either .

The refrigerator was leaking water from the ice section onto the floor. The refrigerator door did not close all the way. We couldn’t put our food in the refrigerator. They gave us rags to put on the wet floor. I asked for a different room and they said they were out of room.

I didnt like anything. Lack of maintenance and the maintenance done was poor, the bed was hard, breakfast was useless. They did not keep it fresh and not many choices. Shape of this place made me weary of also eating their food. Very dirty place.

The room had stains all over the bed, light covers, and curtains. There were no fire alarms in the room and the door did not lock properly. There was hair in the sink and bathroom and even the non smoking room smelled like someone smoked a fresh cigarette.

breakfast was good. variety of choices. there was no toilet paper holder in our room. there was no towel bar to hang up wet washcloth.

We were disgusted by the state of the Comfort Inn we stayed at in Omaha at the I-680 interchange. The room was smelly and full of mold. The air conditioning was super cold, but did not remove the humidity in the room. The lampshades were moldy. The shower was not maintained and had nothing on the floor to prevent slipping. The door between rooms was unlocked and a table placed in front of it. We locked the door, but the people next to us tried repeatedly to come into our room through that door. There were people partying all night long and it was loud waking us up repeatedly. They were still partying at 3:40 am. Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night two times waking me up. It was a genuinely miserable experience and we should be refunded completley for this stay.

Nice room for the price. Pool, elevators, AC and amenities worked except the laundry machine. Area close to freeways and stores. Clean and bright.

Good breakfast options. Very spacious. Check in took forever because the card readers weren't working on the doors- very frustrating.

Had bed bugs and smelled like smoke and asked for refund and they didn't give us one do not stay there

The bathroom toilet leaked, bathroom walls were visibly stained, no iron board, iron was in the room but leaked water and didn’t properly work. The bed was off track, the front desk service guy tried to fix it but he didn’t. It was better than before. When we asked for dry towels for the pool, there wasn’t enough clean towels for 4 people. Every time I left my room, my key stopped working, and lastly their cleaning supplies/fragrances in the building gave me a headache. Now was anyone rude, no not at all. But this was my 4 day experience.

This hotel was not clean or updated.

It was fine standard free breakfast. The room had a damp smell. Garage was not emptied daily, had to put the trash in the hall. The was a hair ball under the bathroom sink our whole stay which meant the bathroom was not fully cleaned. Hotel looked rundown not as nice as the described.

Tv and wifi didn't work. Lady told me she would be in to fix it and 2 days went by with no response from her. They follow you around and out to your car . Not friendly. Had no urgency to help. Had to wait 40 mins for someone to get to the front desk to check us in after a 6 hr drive. Didn't like the experience at all. Tv didn't work. Wifi didn't work. Staff said they would fix and after 2 days she still didn't fix it. Terrible experience. Trash and crumbs everywhere.

Overall it worked for a middle of the night arrival while traveling to our next destination. We are thankful for a place to lay our head. If we were staying in the area longer we would look for different accommodations. The public restroom off the lobby had no toilet paper with a box of Kleenex set on the floor to use instead. There was zero hand soap and all of the available hand sanitizer stations were empty.
