The TV worked Was not clean, valance was laying on the floor fell out of the wall, no pool, one towel,vending machine took my money, questionable people in the parking lot

The bed was comfortable. The coffee maker didn't work. Could have been two more pillows to be better.

The entire hotel smells. The outside looks great, but as soon as you walk through the doors, you realize something is wrong. The floors in the room were soft, uneven, and threatened collapse. I have a video showing the water faucet in the bathtub does not turn off at all, so you are listening to the shower or the bathtub run all night long. The bed sways. The only positive note is that the actual room is large. At least you can walk around the soft spots in the floor. I’m actually shocked that this hotel has not been ordered for demolition by the city, but then again, the outside gives no indication of the inside.

Their pool is always under maintenance. The breakfast is nothing but pieces of toast that is supposed to be French toast and then batter to make waffles, some iffy looking cereal and some apples with rotten spots. When we checked in we looked in all the drawers and found one that had some dirt and a plastic pop bottle it looked like it had a cigarette hole in it. We told them numerous times about it and they said they would clean it up the first day and they never did. The elevator hasn’t been inspected in over 6 years. The towels and sheets had stains on them and the hallways had paint stains on the floor.

The toilet seat was missing a nut so it slid around. The room was a non smoking room and it had a very strong smell of smoke. The comforter was dirty and ripped. There were holes in the wall from removed headboard. A random board was left in the room. Hot tub in room was scummy on the sides. No Kleenex in the room.

There was mold on the wall all around the shower wall above the shower tile. I couldn't even take a shower. Large crack on tile that was very nasty. Never been cleaned. I killed 2 bugs between the 2 beds. Bathroom door lower hidges were completely detached from door..scraped when trying to close it. Left a day early from original date..Disgusting. The front desk refused to return the money for the 2nd day. Would not recommend..They need to close the hotel down.

.it was horrible..So then I left to go get something to eat..i came back and they moved my stuff out of room and put it in the hallway. Saying they are downgrade me to a different room..touched and packed my stuff up with out me knowing..

Nothing! The hotel was disgusting , I had leftover hair on my toliet sit . Old rags in my bathroom. & the window for my room was broken open. This place needs to be shut completely down and reran by people more professional

No soap dispensers in the bathroom. Still using tiny bar soap.
