The room and building were clean. The check in with a kiosk, trying to communicate on a screen with someone who's accent made them very hard to understand was a definite down side. As for the room, the toilet was loose on the floor so it rocked and there were no towel racks at all to hang a towel. The building looked cheap and older and was behind a convenience store so the curb side impression was not good. All in all, it was an OK place to sleep for the price if your expectations are not too high.

When it was in my rear view mirror. Neighbors were pounding on a table for hours all night and the staff refused to do anything about it after repeated calls to the front desk and two trips to the kiosk in the lobby in the middle of the night. Since when are guests allowed to create a disturbance at a hotel and not be held accountable? You check in at a kiosk and someone from a remote location checks you in. They were either from a foreign country or recently came to The United States because I had to ask them to repeat themselves over and over again. And they acted offended like I was the one who was at fault for not being able to understand them. This is America, it’s called assimilation. We speak English in this country. I will never stay in this hotel again. I had one more day to spend in the Kansas City area and I booked a room somewhere else with a different hotel chain.
