A very nice hotel, clean room comfortable bed, ok shower pressure, hot breakfast , guest laundry, business center, exercise room, within walking distance to a few restaurants, limited commercial and towed vehicle parking however some street parking available and vacant lot across from the hotel

The most disturbing problem was the discovery of what appeared to be dried blood on both the mattress cover and the mattress itself in our room. We promptly reported the condition to hotel staff. Instead of removing the mattress from service so it could be properly evaluated, cleaned or replaced, the response offered was simply to place a different cover over it so the stain would no longer be visible. In other words, the proposed solution addressed the appearance of the mattress—not its sanitary condition. We found that response completely unacceptable. Kansas Administrative Regulation 4-27-9 requires stained bedding to be cleaned or replaced, mattresses to be kept clean, and damaged or soiled mattresses to be repaired or cleaned. A mattress that cannot be maintained in sanitary condition must be replaced. We are concerned that this room may have been made available to guests without meeting those requirements.

Ease of access off the highway and secure doors to the outside were good. Breakfast was awesome and staff was friendly. Smoking area right outside the stairwell exit was not fantastic.

The ONLY negative I have is to say the room smelled a tad bit musty.

The room was ok. Beds are comfortable. It’s a pretty decent place to sleep in for a few nights. However we stayed 4 nights and not even one time they came to clean the room or take care of the garbage, or replace towels, fill up toilet paper, stuff like that. I’ve never stayed in a place where they didn’t do that before. I was disappointed about that.

We were very happy to find a room with 3 queen beds for our overnight stay. Breakfast was great and the room was amazing!

The hotel was clean and modern, not fancy. The stay was comfortable and the room was clean. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was free and it is what you would expect for being free. Always happy to have a free meal though so I wasn’t complaining. Overall we had a great stay and didn’t encounter any issues.

Front desk clerk was friendly and checked us in quickly, despite a Booking. Com error. Free Hot breakfast was a nice bonus! Would stay here again! Location is a bit odd to get to as hotel is not on a major street.

The two room setup was great for our family. Staff was friendly and pre-check-in was an added benefit.
