Super clean and nice breakfast. Very enjoyable visit. Definitely recommend!!

Do not stay here. Bugs, dirty rooms, urine smell, nasty pool & yellow hot tub. Room was not clean at check in, and still wasn’t clean when we entered the room, dirty clothes and trash left in room. Awful smell of urine in bathroom. Sticky tables. We checked in at 3 (got into room by 4) told staff of unacceptable conditions, went to dinner and expect things to be fixed but nothing was done and checked out by 8. No refund even though we canceled the whole stay. We kept our end of the deal by showing up, but they did not uphold the best western standard. Staff were unhelpful and rude. Don’t waste your time with this nasty hotel.

Very pleasant check-in. Desk clerk gave us our pick of floors, and area of hotel. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Pool was small but seemed well-maintained; just wish the hot tub temp was higher. Breakfast was typical - eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, waffles, plus cereals and sides. Coffee was good and I appreciate having actual half & half.

Room was clean. Only stayed one night and was really glad the staff did not start knocking on my door to see if I was still there.

That I had to leave, it’s truly a great hotel to stay at.

Our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful, kind, and courteous. The check in was simple and the rooms were spacious and clean. The beds also were comfy. The breakfast the next morning was great and there was a nice variety of breakfast items to choose from. We will stay here again in the future!

Exceptional

Nothing The room was extremely humid. Everything was either damp or outright wet. The AC needed constantly to be on for the room to be tolerable.

We used the pool, hot tub and the exercise room. No complaints.. we'll definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. They were a little bit lackluster.
