When I asked how much it would cost to stay an extra day, I was told to expect an additional charge of around $100; however, after staying the extra day and returning home, I found I had been charged $277.12. I tried contacting the hotel, but I haven't been able to get in touch with them.

Very nice hotel. It was about a 5 minute walk to Niagara Falls Park.

The pool did not have steps to go into the pool. Only a ladder. People are age just can't do ladders anymore. So we couldn't go swimming. We were very disappointed.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and good location. You can walk to the falls and they have an underground tunnel to the casino across the street. NA

Everything was great!! The only thing I needed was to be closer to the elevator but that wasn’t possible. Thats my own personal situation… other than that it was great. Great location as well.

The only downside was the concierge, Margaret. Although very personable, high pressure sales tactics . I didn't appreciate her suggestion of making a commitment to spend over $400 on the spot Not appreciated, nor did I book anything.

Complimentary breakfast was not there, only members have it as a privilege. For that same price, we can get other hotels with breakfast. Please share this information clearly in expedia so that next time, we can skip it easily. This hotel best for members only.
