Staff, neat, space, and parking No breakfast included, no good tv wifi signal

Staff was very friendly. Super.clean and modern hotel. Close to everything we wanted to do Breakfast should include both coffee and juice.

Very nice place to stay. Our room had plenty of space and was very clean.

The room was clean. We had a nice breakfast every morning and beautiful firework display over Niagara Falls from our room.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location was great too. We really enjoyed it I didn't like that the breakfast buffet and parking were NOT included with the hotel cost, separate charges.

The location was very good for walking distance to the falls. Miscommunication for room cleaning duty.

Enjoyed the breakfast and would include it in booking next time because there wasn’t many other choices within walking distance. Positive experience and would definitely visit again.

Location was great close to everything we wanted to see. Was able to walk most places. Need more parking. Depending on when you came back to the hotel, it took a little bit to find a spot sometimes. But not a deal. Breaker, just need a bigger parking lot.

Friendly staff!

Very friendly and competent at checking in and checking out. Not so much with the breakfast staff. I actually had to get up and walk over to the service station to ask for a glass of water and again to ask for a refill on coffee. The toilet wasn't working properly and we had to flush twice every time we used it.

Bigger room with modern fittings. Location also pretty close to falls. They allotted us two high floor room next to each other. - Microwave was not available in room, they provided after noticed them. - Safety locker was not working ( after noticed, one technician visited but not able to fix that) - Bathroom door was not locking ( even try forcefully) - Beverage preferences- either coffee OR Juice - extremely disliked that.
